The room was spotless, the bedding was comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water. All the basic amenities were provided, and I even got a free room upgrade! It's super convenient with lots of dining and shopping options nearby. The host was very responsive, providing clear check-in instructions and promptly addressing any issues. Communication was a breeze. For this price, getting such a room is fantastic value for money. The decor is simple but cozy, making for a very relaxing stay.

The room was very decent, but not for a family with a teenager. It was more for couples, because you shower in the shower and your silhouette is clearly visible. We needed the room for the evening and part of the night before our flight—to crash. The building is located in a nice residential complex, with a park in the courtyard. The location on the map is next to another building. As you enter through the gate, turn left, go to the 5th floor, and that's where the reception is. We arrived, messaged tripcom, and they answered. We called online and they found us. The room they gave us wasn't the one I booked. I booked a more expensive room, if you can call that, but I didn't ask to be moved. For that price, everything was pretty good. A room with a balcony and a city view. I've attached a photo of the entrance. You can also access it from the street. There's a small hotel there. You enter through the sliding doors and turn left to the elevator. It's on the 5th floor. Yes, everything is cheap in this area. We had a very good meal at a cafe near the building. We paid 87 yuan for three people, and we ordered two bottles of Coke. I looked at the menu and their three-course business lunch costs 24 banya! The chef there is Uzbek, so I highly recommend it.

It's about a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport. We arrived quite late, but the receptionist upgraded our room for free. The room was very clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The bedding looked new, and they provided disposable slippers. It was great value for money, and the service was impeccable. Highly recommended.

The address was different from where I was staying. I booked this place, and the owner sent me a different address via WeChat. Since I arrived in the early morning, I had no choice but to stay there. The environment was terrible; the room and toilet were filthy. I felt cheated. Next time, I'll spend more money to stay somewhere better and not stay in cheap places; there's no guarantee of safety.

The environment in the community is okay, but the hardware is a bit old. The sockets are loose and come loose, making charging inconvenient.
