The location is absolutely fantastic! Turn left downstairs and you're right on Beijing Road Pedestrian Street, and cross the road for Metro Line 6 – super convenient for getting around and shopping. The room itself was clean and tidy, very comfortable to stay in. Some of the furniture and fittings are a bit old, but that's understandable; no place is perfect. Overall, it offers great value for money, highly recommended!

Found 8 cockroaches. Small n medium. Room was very run down and filthy.
I killed most of the cockroaches I saw. Some corpses were not cleaned after their "cleaning" the next day. They were in the living area, bathroom, curtains, the wooden coffee table n more.
Now we know why they "forgot" to give us the card for the electricity at the start: so we couldn't turn on the lights and find the cockroaches...
We told hotel about the problem. They offered to change rooms but we were already out n did not come back til late.
They said they did pest control but I still found cockroaches the next day.
Great location but do NOT recommend.
