Guangzhou S&L Mansion (Beijing Road Park Qian Subway Station)

Good location. B2 directly access to gongyuanqian metro and many restaurants. Walking distance (5-6 min) to Beijing pedestrian street and da fo shi. Only 2-3 stations away from tourist spot like hua cheng da dao, canton tower and li ji wan. Apartment is clean, counter staff is polite and helpful. The breakfast (street dim sum in the photo) just outside gongyuanqian metro station is cheap and very delicious. Can easily find delicious local food at Beijing pedestrian street. The only downside is not easy to find the apartment from front door due to the constructions. Once you check in, you can easily connect to metro via B2 and avoid front door.

Friendly staff, quick response in services and great facilities accommodation. To be improve: 1) working hours of front counter 2) storage of courier service

The room is very cozy and suitable for my family of four. Clean bedsheet and toilet seat got warmer also. It is also very close to the Gongyuanqian metro station. The instructions to go to the front desk were given by the host via WeChat. Location 10/10. Amenities 10/10. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here if I come to Guangzhou again.

The location of the stay was excellent!very convenient and close to everything. However the cleanliness of the house was quite disappointing. The place was dusty, dirty, and didn’t feel well maintained.

This is not a hotel. It is like an old apartment and the environment is like ******* area (garden area) with empty and dirty swimming pool. Reception is pack of things and cramp. Near to MTR station but very hard to locate the place as you need to walk to the back alley then take lift to 18 floor to the reception. Room was small compared the the photo and the upstairs ceiling was so low that we have to crunch ourselves when walking. If not careful we will bang our head when going down the stairs. Bed and pillow old and hard not comfortable. Floor is dirty (very sticky) that we need to wear slipper. Toilet was so small that I cannot even raise my hands straight and very hard to bathe. After 1 person bath then other person have to wait for the heater to generate hot water else the water will be hot then cold then hot back. My kids said they will never stay here again and booked a proper hotel is better. I booked this hotel because it can cater for 6 persons but too cramp once we checked in. The only advantage is it is cheaper compared to hotel but not suitable with older children as they are taller than the ceiling and with 1 bathroom hard for us to use it. Not going back there anymore.
