Customer service at front desk is very helpful, particularly Felix which go extra miles to help customer. Thumb up for him. Very advance facility, there are robots for room delivery. The hotel is aged but refurbished I suppose. It share building with office. Breakfast so so, average. Service is exceptional good. 5 mins walk to mrt metro station which is a plus point.

A great experience at the hotel, convenient location, great service, value for money with complete amenities. Location: Very convenient, a few minutes walk from Guangzhou East subway station. There are nearby restaurants offering different cuisine , including a supermarket and luckin coffee just next to the hotel. Reception : The front desk staff Kerry was warm and efficient during check-in, patiently answering all my questions and even proactively upgrading my room – a truly delightful experience! . Welcome drink is chrysanthemum puer tea , with individually packed crackers snacks and small tangerines by the counter for guests.. Room : Spacious, clean and tidy and welcoming with pleasant subtle fragrance. comfy day bed by the window. Different amenities provided including umbrella , weighing scale, 2 sets of slippers - one pair for bathroom and one pair of bedroom . The mattress was soft and comfortable, and the bedding had a subtle fragrance. The bathroom had a well-designed wet and dry area, with complete toiletries including make up removal, facial cleanser and body lotion. In addition to 2 bottles of 560 ml water, there was a can of coke , a can of Sprite and a pack of milk in the bar fridge provided for free! View: city view and even managed to catch the sunset while relaxing at the window bay. Noise level: Despite being next to the station and a basketball court, the hotel has excellent sound proofing. No outside noise could be heard while in the room. Breakfast : Buffet offering both Chinese and Western options, including wonton noodles cooked on the spot.
