The front desk staff was quick with the check-in process and friendly without being overly chatty or pushy. Elena, the staff member, did a great job cleaning the room; the bathroom corners were spotless, and there was no stuffy smell. The mattress was just right in terms of comfort – perfect for unwinding after a long day. The soundproofing was decent, so I slept soundly at night. The voice-controlled curtains and lights were super convenient, and the hot water came quickly with stable pressure. I was pleasantly surprised by the free afternoon tea and the complimentary late-night noodles, which was a really nice touch. The self-service laundry room is very practical for travelers, and there are plenty of dining and taxi options downstairs. It's not luxurious or high-end, but all the basic services are solidly executed. For the price, it offers good value for money, and I'd prioritize staying here again if I'm in this area.

It's perfect for both family vacations and short trips, with user-friendly facilities and warm service. Our overall stay was relaxing and comfortable, and it offered great value for money. We'll definitely choose this place again on our next visit to Tianhe and highly recommend it to families traveling with children.

The only downside was that guests have to pay for parking, at a maximum of ¥68.8 per hour. However, the room itself was great value for money, and the facilities were excellent. They offer online butler service, a self-service laundry room, and a gym. The breakfast, afternoon tea, and late-night snacks at the restaurant were all pretty good, and I especially appreciated the thoughtful noodle station. Plus, the hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the East Station.

Our stay included a self-service breakfast, and there's also afternoon tea and a late-night snack, so if you don't want to go out, you can just eat at the restaurant on the first floor. There are also convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance. The Dongfang Baotai shopping center next to the hotel building has lots of dining options and is quite close, just a few hundred meters walk. I'd recommend this to anyone traveling.
