Not bad. The hotel facilities are pretty good, and the room was clean. The only downside is that the pool is closed on Sundays! It makes no sense to close the pool on the busiest day of the week, especially when it's the weekend.

The hotel boasts a convenient location, beautiful surroundings, excellent service, and comprehensive facilities. Highly recommended.

My friend went on vacation and booked a twin room with a hot tub. The room faced the swimming pool and wave pool, etc. The room was decent, clean and hygienic. We went on a Monday, so there weren't many people, and the water was very clean.

The location was fantastic; we happened to visit during the Flower Street festival. The hotel is right next door, just a five-minute walk. The package deal was really worth it, including the room with a private hot spring tub (unlimited use), buffet breakfast, buffet dinner, and even a lunch. It was incredibly good value for money. Very satisfied.

This is my nth time staying here, and I absolutely love the hot spring facilities – there's such a wide variety, and they're all so clean. The rooms are spacious, the food is plentiful, and the service is excellent. My whole family had a fantastic time! 🥳

The hotel is close to the park next door, which makes it super convenient for a walk around. For some reason, the cleanliness was a bit off; the table was wiped carelessly – clearly done, but not clean (as pictured), so I had to wipe it myself. Also, when I shook the duvet, I noticed some dust. The hot spring pools were plentiful, and the kids had a great time. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety and delicious food. The soup with greens and beef balls was amazing; I even had several fried eggs!

The hotel is right next to a park, and its main feature is the hot spring. Some rooms even have private soaking tubs. However, the breakfast was very mediocre, definitely not up to five-star standards. There was only one coffee machine in the morning, so you had to queue up for coffee, and only Americano was available. The staff, especially the room attendants, rarely smiled. On the day of check-in, we arrived at 2:30 PM, but the room wasn't ready until 5 PM. When we asked about it, we just got a curt "I'll clean it" and then they ignored us. The look on their face was so unpleasant, like we owed them a fortune! I'm not sure how Ctrip rated this as a five-star hotel. Of course, the price was lower than international five-star hotels, so I guess you get what you pay for. The breakfast was very simple, with noodles being the most popular item – and yes, you had to queue for those too, but it was acceptable given it was complimentary.

The facilities are acceptable, passable. It's not usually crowded, and the breakfast and dinner selection is quite substantial and the food is decent. However, despite having many vacant rooms, they didn't offer free upgrades. The hotel's biggest highlights are the hot spring and swimming pool. The pool isn't large, but the water is fairly clean. There's a small children's playground, not huge, but enough for them to play in. The female staff at the hot spring entrance were extremely rude. We had two rooms linked (four adults and two children of medium age), but one adult and one child of medium age went in first. When the other two adults and one child of medium age came in, we had to pay extra for the adult. When we argued with them, they accused us of being noisy. Only after we called the front desk did they admit they didn't know about the linked rooms, without a single apology. Their attitude was extremely poor, making for a very bad experience. Honestly, I hope this helps others in need.

I got a free upgrade, the service was excellent, the butler added me on WeChat for one-on-one service, the buffet was delicious, and I would recommend it.
