The surrounding area is too chaotic. The room itself was okay, but there was dust on the floor, and I found hair on the shower gel bottle when I took a shower, indicating poor cleaning.
Also, when I asked the front desk downstairs for directions in the morning, the staff member was very rude. She suddenly yelled that she didn't know and asked why I was asking the hotel for directions. When I told her I was a guest, she became even more agitated, claiming she didn't know anything about the surrounding area, even though the place I was looking for was right at the alley entrance next to the front desk.
I won't be staying here again; the experience was very bad.

Hotel was fine, the room was cleaned but not really clean. Mold and airpolluted walls. The shower was great, strong and warm. The bed was the hardest I ever slept on. Staff was nice and service minded.

Good size room but no fridge. Great location for shopping but some street noise even at night. Good housekeeping and water/toiletries well stocked.

We reached the hotel late at night due to a late flight arrival. The staff was nice, but it took quite some time to get us checked in. The staff was very helpful and did his best to advise us about the surroundings. The hotel location is very central and ideally located. Upstairs, the rooms were clean and nice.
