Spic and span -helpful staff especially Yankun who went out of his way. Great food options outside hotel, nearby market for fruits and convenience store. Breakfast options limited and repetitive especially for foreigners. NO COFFEE OR SUGAR in the roomor in the hotel. Only Black and green tea, wonder why? Travel wise, quite far from Metro or Railway. CANTON FAIR is 1 hour but they have shuttle that leaves too eqrly in the morning, but on return they provide great refreshments. LAUNDRY room is a big plus point. OVERALL not a bad option to relax but for business, travelling takes up too much time to get around the city.

When I gave my check-in voucher which is written in English to the counter, the counter told me that they did not know english. They kept on asking me the question in Mandarin which I am not familiar. Then they asked me to give my identification to check my booking. After checking, they recommended me to upgrade my room because they told me that our room may be distributed by the activities in KTV room. Finally I have to pay an additional $120 to change my room. Besides I was told that we can access WiFi but when I entered the information as requested , it did not work. I went to the counter for assistance, the customer service told me that I should have mobile phone number in China for verification. I am not the resident of China, how can I have the mobile phone number in China. Overall, I am disappointed with their service.

Extremely dissatisfied. Upon entering and going to wash my hands, I found used tissues in the trash can – the hygiene was appalling. Why was I forced to stay in a twin room when I booked a perfectly good double bed? I contacted customer service, and they said they'd upgrade my room next time. If they can't even get this sorted out, who would dare stay here again?

The cleanliness was fairly normal, but it was only revealed upon check-in that there was a KTV downstairs, which was bad enough, but the room was completely soundproof. Not only was the KTV downstairs extremely loud, but the noise echoed back and forth in the hallway.
