Fantastic hotel experience overall! The room was spotless and well-equipped, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable that I slept like a baby. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The location is also super convenient, making it easy to get around. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town!

Right outside the hotel is Yuexiu Park, perfect for a casual stroll. Times Square is also just one subway stop away, which is super convenient. Plus, there's a Papa John's right at the entrance, a spot recommended on Xiaohongshu, making it really easy for kids to grab a bite.

Great hotel literally next to the famous yuexiu park. Our 2 bed room has a window facing the park with greenery. The room is spacious. The robot delivering takeaway is excellent and fun for the kids.

This might be the worst Ji Hotel I've ever stayed at. The room facilities were pretty bad, just basic chain hotel amenities. The hairdryer was an ancient model. There was no fridge in the room, and for the first time ever at a Ji Hotel, they only provided two bottles of water. During peak morning hours, one of the elevators was broken, and it was packed with staff. We could barely squeeze in with our luggage. A really bad experience.

Had a wonderful stay at JI Hotel. The location is perfect, Yue Xiu Garden is just right behind the hotel, you can just walk there. The staff were very attentive, and the service and facilities were excellent. Highly highly recommended!

The front desk service was excellent, and they even offered free umbrella rentals. However, the floor in my room was uneven in spots and hadn't been repaired, causing me to trip several times. They did clean the trash and refill the drinking water daily, which was good, but I'm not sure why they never cleaned the tea out of the teacups.
