大家的服務超級好～
我訂的是大床房，前台小姐姐問我選擇6樓還是31樓，我先説31樓。沒想到31樓那個房間正好正對着電梯。我有點神經衰弱，不能睡那裡。於是下來找前台換房，前台非常貼心地給我換到了6樓盡頭的房間。
而且每次經過前台，工作人員都會和我打招呼。
6樓房間衞生很好，唯一的缺點就是一關燈，衞生間玄關處的天花板和床位正對着的天花板上的煙霧報警器裏總有綠光在閃。
廣州昨晚似乎風比較大，晚上風一陣一陣的，我進房間的時候，窗户是打開的，睡覺前忘記關窗户。不過，幸好這個天氣的廣州沒有蚊子，
總體來説是不錯的，如果忽略黑黑的夜裡，時不時的綠光的話，以及半夜總是以每5秒一次的頻率呼嘯而過的風的話😊😊😊

The hotel location not so closed to Metro station actually, you have to walk 5-7 minutes to reach Line 3 metro stn and 10-12 minutes to reach Line 1 metro stn. The hotel is in the same building with Mercure Hotel. One thing made me uncomfortable is the hotel turned off their air conditioning due to weather issue. It made me can’t have a good sleep at night and I have to open the windows to let the wind blew in. :(

出差都住全季，廣州全季大概住過3.4個，基本也不寫評論，因為總體都很好，服務比較標準。但唯獨這個店，要説下。
1.整體空氣非常幹，空調不可調整，睡得很不舒服
2.早晨兩次被巨大的聲音吵醒（過道拖很重的東西，地板都在震）
3.我同事住高層房間還出現異味
前兩條在開票的時候找前台反應，前台連句應付的抱歉和查明原因的動作都沒，體驗非常差！

除了第二天晚飯時間點一部電梯壞了所以機器人送餐積壓了，其他都很好，那時店員也在組織人工送餐了，都不容易
