Pros: Service was wonderful...we left something in a taxi and the staff went out of their way to help us retrieve. Typically if you need anything, they are polite and will provide prompt assistance. Location was ideal, easy to get around to key spots and food options. The property is new and the room was a good size, generally had everything you would need including a washing machine. Also next to a nice little theater. Neutral: Breakfast was offered basic options, which could be improved. The staff there was very nice. Cons: Internet was out the whole visit, the toilet seat has a sticky tape mark in multiple places, and maybe amenities not thought thru (1 bottle of soap for 3 sinks or does not have kid friendly options like step stools but does offer kids soaps/toothbrush). Generally a good stay, little extra touches would be excellent.

A Truly Exceptional Stay at Fraser Suites Guangzhou My recent stay at Fraser Suites Guangzhou was nothing short of a 5-star experience. From the incredible location to the fantastic facilities and, most importantly, the outstanding service, this hotel truly goes above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. The convenience of this hotel is unmatched. It's directly linked to the ShiPaiQiao metro station, and the covered walkway means you never have to worry about rain or bad weather. The hotel is also connected to two major shopping centers: OneLink Mall, which is right below the hotel, and TaiKoo Hui, which you can easily access via an underground pass. Zhengjia Plaza is also just a short walk away. You will never run out of food choices here. There are countless restaurants and eateries directly in front of the hotel, and both OneLink Mall and TaiKoo Hui offer an amazing selection of dining options, from casual bites to upscale dining. The staff services are absolutely phenomenal. The team went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. When the refrigerator in our room started making a loud noise late at night, the staff quickly and seamlessly arranged a last-minute room swap for us. The concierge was also incredibly thoughtful, always ready with an umbrella to shelter us to our taxi whenever it rained. Their attentiveness and willingness to help were remarkable. The hotel facilities are also top-notch. The gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi are all fantastic. It was also a pleasant surprise to find a golf simulator available for guests! The rooms themselves are well-equipped with great amenities like a full-size refrigerator, cooking facilities, and even a washing machine, which is a huge plus for longer stays. I highly recommend Fraser Suites Guangzhou to anyone visiting the city. It’s an easy 5/5 stars and I can't wait to return.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment. There was a spacious living room, master bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom and 2 bedrooms with a queen bed and a shared bathroom. There was a friendly and helpful staff that helped us navigate a takeaway app. Gym was good with new cardio machines. Pool is not kids friendly as it was 1.4m deep throughout.

Lots of eatery nearby, ranging from hotpot’s to bubble tea, shopping malls and etc. Even late at night at wee hours there are still shops operating and you definitely won’t go hungry. Easy to get around When we were leaving for the airport The concierge was kind enough to arrange transport for us at a reasonable rate even without prior booking, the 2 x 6 seaters cars arrived in 5 minutes. Total 2 of them. Talk about efficiency..

We are visiting Guangzhou again after 10 years. I'm very happy with the warm hospitality with Ascott's staff there. Very efficient and very helpful when checking in. The room is super comfortable and spacious. And they just fulfil my request for a higher floor room. I'm really happy about this And I found difficulties in using the vending machine which I don't know how to do. There was a staff who really patiently helped us. Overall a very nice stay there and definitely will visit again in Ascott.🥰🥰

The gentleman at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and offered thorough, attentive service. The hotel's exterior boasts a novel and distinctive design, with a unique British architectural style. Its location is incredibly convenient for both transportation and shopping; taxis can drop you off directly at the hotel entrance, and there are numerous malls and restaurants just steps away. The room was quiet, with excellent soundproofing.

We have a very good stay in Ascott IFC. Its in the center location near by Huacheng square, just a few walk to the big square where you can enjoy the view of Canton tower. Nearby is big restaurant mall called Mall of the world. However if you go metro its little hard to find the location. The hotel room is very spacious for a family, the room was clean, full of ammenties, indoor swimming pool and the breakfast was nice. We stayed for 2 nights, they changed the breakfast everyday. No difficulties for the language. cause staffs can speak english. They provide very good cake for my wife birthday. The hotel service was excellent. I wanna give 9.5 ratings only due to metro distance. I would recommend this hotel. Hope to stay again in this hotel, if I come back to Guangzhou again.

I really enjoyed my 2 nights stay here ! The bed is very comfortable & I think it’s great to have separate shower room & toilet, the room is huge for a solo traveller for me ! Appreciate the hotel for putting in the air purifier & the thoughtful bedside lamps ! Also they really considered my special request of a smoke room n away from the lift. Hotel is located in a small town with many restaurants n eateries. Walking distance to the MRT too. Newly renovated n clean. Affordable pricing too. Thank you once again!

I truly enjoyed my stay here at this hotel as I usually rate cleanliness as my main priority. The bedsheets and towels are clean without stains and I like hotels where the flooring is not carpeted. The location is superb, less than 2 mins walk to shibaiqiao station. The toilet flushing system is very good too, and the housekeeping staff ensures that the daily toiletries are provided. If you need to do your laundry , the washing machine automatically adds the detergent and fabric softener hence, saves you the hassle of having to pack your own detergent. There are 2 lifts currently on maintenance and upgrading, so only one lift is available,therefore be prepared for the waiting time. However, the work in progress is expected to be completed by end of this week so it would not be an issue for guests who intend to stay in the following months. The front counter staff did pre-empt us in advance on this but it didn't affect us as there was hardly noise. Despite some waiting time for the lift, I would still rate this hotel overall as excellent for the location, convenience and cleanliness!

During the National Day holiday, I brought my family to Guangzhou for a trip. A friend had stayed at the Huankai before and thought it was very good, so she recommended that I try it too. I just happened to discover the newly opened Huankai Hotel, right next to the Tianhe District Book Center. The transportation location is also very convenient. Metro Line 1 and Line 3 are just outside the door, and it’s a ten-minute walk to Zhengjia Plaza and Taikoo Hui. In the evening, my family and I went to the Canton Tower, which is only two subway stops away. When we came back in the evening, the hotel staff also recommended the terrace garden on the seventh floor. There is a check-in wall, and you can enjoy the city night view. It’s very photogenic. In addition, because the itinerary was rushed, I didn’t bring many clothes. I was surprised that each room was equipped with a bathrobe, which was of good quality and very comfortable to wear. The staff was also very considerate to wash and dry my clothes for me and delivered them to my room that night. I didn’t have to wait the next day and was able to go out and play early. Like and recommend~
