The check-in process was very smooth; the front desk quickly completed the formalities after recognizing my membership. The room was quiet and clean, the desk layout was well-arranged, and the internet speed was stable and fast. The executive lounge offers professional service, making this a reliable choice for business travel. The hotel's quality control is commendable: public areas are consistently kept clean, and room facilities are maintained like new. The staff provides meticulous service, from the concierge to the dining team, all demonstrating professionalism. I particularly appreciate the hotel's attention to soundproofing, which ensures an excellent night's sleep.

Facilities: The overall environment of the hotel is great, with good natural lighting, making it perfect for photos. Hygiene: Spotlessly clean everywhere, excellent value for money, highly recommended. Environment: The decor is very stylish, divided into small, private areas, which feels really nice. Service: Good, customer service handled issues very efficiently, definitely a thumbs-up! 🌟

The hotel is very comfortable and the room was quite large. It’s situated about 12-15 walk to the nearest station. If you rely on public transportation or want food close by, I’m not sure if I can 100% recommend. However, I believe it’s more of a business hotel so keep that in mind. I’d say the staff wasn’t that friendly but I have pretty low expectations when it comes to service overall.

We had an amazing stay , Beautiful hotel,the staff was professional,helpful and generally amazing, especially Michael who made sure all our needs were met .I will definitely be back and will recommend it to my family and friends.

Best highlight is the automation(smart home system) called 天猫精灵 aka Chinese version of Google home/amazon echo. And the big bed(king size) and different pillows ( they provide ultra soft pillow and memory foam harder pillows). Clean and spacious. Only downside is the location is abit off from central(about 10mins drive from central) but the nearest mrt is about 7mins walk. And the gym is not well equipped( only two treadmill) together with laundry room. There is no swimming pool.

The hotel's location is excellent, with a shopping mall right downstairs, offering plenty of places to browse. They even upgraded my room for free! The room itself was fantastic, perfect for both business trips and family stays. There's free parking downstairs, and on the 4th floor, there's a laundry room where you can wash clothes anytime. The front desk can even help with your laundry; they'll wash and dry it, then deliver it right to your door, which is incredibly thoughtful. If I plan to stay in the area again, I'll definitely give this hotel another good review.

This hotel is a must-stay for anyone looking to shop! It's located right in the city center's commercial hub; just turn left out the door and you're in a shopping district with everything from luxury brands to trendy affordable labels. When you're tired of shopping, you can head straight back to the hotel to relax without having to lug heavy bags on the subway. There's also an abundance of restaurants nearby, from old-fashioned eateries to popular Instagrammable spots, all within a 10-minute walk. In the evening, you can even visit the nearby pedestrian street to explore the night market and soak in the city's lively atmosphere. With bus stops and a subway station not far from the hotel entrance, getting around is a breeze, even if it's your first time in the city. You can shop and sightsee without a hitch, making it incredibly good value for money!

The rooms were impeccably clean. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping team was warm and diligent. The hotel's location is fantastic, surrounded by a wide variety of delicious local eateries and snacks, with major shopping malls conveniently close by. It truly is a quiet oasis amidst the city's hustle and bustle – an ideal hotel for training programs!

Newly renovated, the style is good, and the transportation is very convenient. It is within 1 kilometer from the expressway. Parking is convenient. There are many gourmet restaurants around and the service is very good. I will come again next time.

The room was quiet, with comfortable pillows and soft bedding. The hot water supply was excellent, available 24/7 with good pressure in the adequately sized shower area. Overall, the quality was impressive. The guest room corridors were wide, spacious, and brightly lit. Parking was convenient, with plenty of spaces around the hotel perimeter. The lobby was expansive, and the room's cleanliness was impeccable. The Wi-Fi signal was strong, stable, and incredibly fast; an Ethernet port was also available, making it very convenient for work or general browsing. All essential amenities (AC, hot water, TV, Wi-Fi) were fully equipped. The facilities were new, soundproofing was excellent, and the air felt fresh. Having traveled to Guangzhou for business for many years and stayed at countless hotels, I can confidently say I am extremely satisfied with this one.
