It is a five-diamond hotel in Guangzhou. It is very high-end and has great privacy. The front desk staff, Xiao Zhan and Xiao Liao, are very enthusiastic and polite. The first impression is really good. They also upgraded our room. I was so touched🥲 The living environment and location are very good. The refrigerator provides free drinks and there is a lot of mineral water. If it is not enough, you can add it. There is even a coffee machine in the lobby on the 9th floor

The front desk service was excellent; the staff always greeted guests. Manager Chris sent a message before check-in to help arrange our room, which was very satisfactory and quiet—a perfect choice for an exam stay! The breakfast had a good variety and tasted pretty good, and most importantly, there were plenty of free parking spaces!

A very aesthetic and atmosphere-oriented homestay, with considerate service, and high-quality bedding, supplies, and snacks. It can be seen that all details are not dealt with casually. When we left, they drove us to the subway station. The coffee in the lobby coffee shop is very good. A great place, I will stay here again!

This hotel is a must-stay for anyone looking to shop! It's located right in the city center's commercial hub; just turn left out the door and you're in a shopping district with everything from luxury brands to trendy affordable labels. When you're tired of shopping, you can head straight back to the hotel to relax without having to lug heavy bags on the subway. There's also an abundance of restaurants nearby, from old-fashioned eateries to popular Instagrammable spots, all within a 10-minute walk. In the evening, you can even visit the nearby pedestrian street to explore the night market and soak in the city's lively atmosphere. With bus stops and a subway station not far from the hotel entrance, getting around is a breeze, even if it's your first time in the city. You can shop and sightsee without a hitch, making it incredibly good value for money!

When I checked out, I saw a lot of people at the entrance, so business must be good. Chloe and her security colleague helped me with my luggage and loaded it into the car, saving my wife and me any trouble. I'll definitely be back next month. It's a bit far from the city center, and getting to the Pazhou Exhibition Center takes a normal 30-40 minutes. There's really nothing to complain about; I'm satisfied with everything 👍

The parking lot is very large and is next to the hotel, very close. The hotel's environmental design is youthful, and the little sister who checked me in at the front desk is also very gentle. The details of the room are very well done, there is nothing picky, and the facilities are also maintained very new and complete. The shower gel is my favorite orange flavor, and there is also coffee brewing above the refrigerator, which tastes good. There is also a bar on the sixth floor where you can order drinks and special blends 9. Maybe because I ordered too much, the guy also sent a dried fruit platter for this. There is also a breakfast restaurant and fitness and laundry room on the same floor. I have stayed in other hotels on different floors. This one is so convenient. I went to have breakfast the next day. There are many varieties. I recommend beef brisket noodles if I want to eat something light in the morning. It is very suitable for my Guangdong stomach. After dinner, I was ready to check out. Jack asked me how my stay was. I told him that I liked the coffee provided in the room. I didn't expect that he would prepare it for me in advance when I checked out at the front desk. This service is really thoughtful and warm. I am lucky to stay in this hotel. I will definitely come again next time for the good service! !

The price/performance ratio is quite high. The room facilities are relatively new, the sheets and quilt covers are very clean. The front desk helped to upgrade the room with a window. The 1.8-inch bed is very large, soft and comfortable. There are many night snack stalls and a variety of delicious food in the nearby snack street and square. The service attitude of the front desk and room staff is also very good. Check-in is also very fast. The hotel has self-service washing machines and dryers, as well as a gym. The stay experience is good. Recommend!

A pleasant stay although there's a long way to go for this place to be up to standad. I'd say the new amenities and the location are the hotel's main strong point. Really loved their decor and the airy outdoor space they had. Now onto the cons, I would've given them a 4 star for the service except I specifically asked the person at the front desk for a room with a nice view and what I got was laughable. Woke up in the morning to construction materials outside my window. Then a second request was for a non-smoking room, but I was given a smoking room with ashtrays on the table. 😂 At last, there's the noise. It seems the room noise insulation is not all that great because I could hear a group of people a few rooms down laughing till the wee hours of the morning. Quite the annoyance. But it's worth it for a night or two in terms of location convenience for any passerby.

My stay here was absolutely perfect! The room's soundproofing is excellent; even though it's close to the airport, I slept really well. It's also super convenient for travel, and the hotel even offers airport drop-off service, which is incredibly thoughtful! The room was spotlessly clean, and the bathroom's wet/dry separation was a huge plus. The toiletries had a very 고급 scent. Service was quick; anything I requested arrived within 5 minutes. Breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. They even gave me a souvenir when I checked out. I truly felt valued and cared for. Definitely a five-star recommendation!
