Hyatt, true to its reputation, delivered an excellent experience. The service was exceptional, the facilities were top-tier, and it was a lot of fun! It's our top pick for a weekend getaway with the kids. The swimming pool water was spotless, offering separate sections for children and adults, along with a sauna – a truly relaxing escape! In the lobby, there's a children's movie zone with a charming bear theme that the kids absolutely loved. They even surprised us with a welcome gift for the little ones! For breakfast, the rice noodle rolls and wontons were absolutely delicious, perfectly satisfying our Cantonese taste buds. The Danish pastries were also wonderfully fragrant and crispy! The beds were incredibly comfortable; our kids slept so soundly they didn't want to leave them! The room was spotless, and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. It's genuinely a wonderful destination for a summer holiday! Highly recommended!

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the subway station and high-speed rail station. Generally, hotels near high-speed rail stations are dirty and old, but this one is unexpectedly clean and tidy, and the design style is also very stylish and simple. Very satisfied.

This stay experience is perfect! As soon as I opened the door, I was amazed by the clean and tidy environment. The bedding was white as new, the table was spotless, and there was not a trace of dust in the corners. From the warm reception of Miss Xixi at the front desk to the timely response of the room service, every staff member was very considerate and made people feel warm. The facilities in the room are all available, and the smart devices are super convenient. The most surprising thing is that the gym equipment is professional, and you can use the washing machine to easily get rid of dirty clothes after exercise, which completely solves the worries of travel! It is definitely the first choice for business and travel. I will stay here next time!

Facilities: This is a classic five-star hotel, a cut above your average hotel. Cleanliness: Spotless. Location: Situated right next to Binjiang Park, it's perfect for camping and leisurely walks with kids. Service: We received a complimentary upgrade to a river view room and were also given 3 tickets to Haizhu Park – a truly thoughtful gesture. The breakfast spread was quite generous, and importantly, it never felt too crowded even during peak times, thanks to the spacious dining area and abundance of tables. The Chinese restaurant on the second floor is a bit on the pricier side compared to local eateries, but I'd say it's comparable to prices in the city center, especially considering the excellent quality of the dishes.

The hotel environment is good. I ordered a meal as soon as I arrived. There is also a food delivery robot. The equipment and facilities in the room are very good. The sound insulation effect is quite good. I am relatively poor at sleeping. I am very satisfied with this. The staff are also very responsible. It's very good

Although the hotel is not newly built, the interior of the room is well maintained. The sheets were white and clean, and the room felt spacious. The breakfast food selection is moderate. The only downside is that there is nothing to do nearby, and the nearest large shopping mall is about a 15-minute walk.

My family is currently living in Panyu area, GZ. I have two little girls, 2 and 4 years old. During this summer vacation, my husband and I decided to visit many of hotels having pools with good price including breakfast and dinner. Overall, we enjoyed 2 days so much. Outdoor pools open from 3 pm, so the second day before check-out, we played at an indoor pool (1m) which is not good enough for 2 years old girl but we enjoyed swimming 😉 for the dinner set, we were served a sashimi dish, beef and chicken steak, pasta, salad, soup, fruits for dessert, and tea. The dish was not good quality but Ok about the room price. 😁 since we had a good deal with the room rate. However, I was very satisfied with breakfast 😍 overall, I’m willing to visit here again! Especially the location is good! It takes less than 1 hr from my house. 🤩 what do you want more?! Dinner, breakfast, pools, and photo spots and close to Panyu 😝

Environment: Pretty good, the hotel environment is very comfortable, there are many delicious foods outside, and it is very close to Wanda Plaza and Xintang High-speed Railway Station. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton by Hilton in Xintang, Guangzhou, and I must say — it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! The service was outstanding, with every staff member going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. The food at the hotel was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, offering a great variety of options. One of the coolest features was their service robots, which added a unique and futuristic touch to the entire experience — such a fun and convenient addition! A special mention must go to Eva at the reception, who truly made a difference. She was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional, ensuring that every detail was taken care of with a smile. Her attentiveness and hospitality set the perfect tone for my stay. Overall, Hampton by Hilton Xintang combines great hospitality, modern amenities, and an unforgettable level of service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Guangzhou and would definitely love to stay here again!

Next to the big hotels in the area, Changfeng Future Apartment Hotel is a good and very affordable alternative. The room I stayed in was spacious and next to the usual amenities included a washing machine (and laundry detergent). a nice lounge chair, and a table. The bedding is very clean which is, compared to other hotels I stayed, a big plus.   The front desk personnel at the facility is very kind and helpful. Only negative point I experienced are some of the hotel guests and other visitors being annoyingly loud, inconsiderate and ill-mannered. The cleaning personnel however does daily a great job to make up for these rude residents.
