⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The place was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly — they assisted me 24/7 and always responded very quickly. I asked them hundreds of questions, and they patiently helped me every single time. The room had a beautiful city view, and we could even see the Guangzhou Tower right from our window — it was amazing! Excellent service, great hospitality, and a stunning view made my stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The front desk manager was incredibly helpful. When I requested a non-smoking room, they called me in advance to discuss it, offering me the option to pick a room upon arrival and guaranteeing a refund if I wasn't satisfied. They even expressed concern about potentially delaying my travel plans. Ultimately, I received a completely smoke-free room and was upgraded to a city-view room, from which I even caught a glimpse of the 'Big Copper Coin' building – quite a fun bonus! The breakfast selection was fairly standard, but everything was very clean. The hotel also offers fitness equipment and self-service laundry facilities, including washers and dryers. After I made my reservation, the front desk proactively reached out via WeChat to provide detailed parking directions, complete with a very clear map. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Here's a very objective review... Room: I stayed at the Shangri-La the night before and booked this hotel for the next day. Surprisingly, I found the room amenities here even better. I didn't take photos of the room, so I'll describe it in text, highlighting three main points: 1. The bathroom features a three-way dry/wet separation, a smart toilet, and the shower has strong water pressure with quick hot water, making for a very comfortable bathing experience. Crucially, at this price point, they even provide bathrobes. 2. The room has electric curtains with 99% blackout, which is incredibly friendly for those who love to sleep in. 3. The room is equipped with a smart lighting system, allowing you to choose between sleep, soft, and bright modes, and it even has a motion-sensing night light – truly thoughtful. Moreover, you can insert your ID card into a slot to activate the electricity, showing the hotel's meticulous consideration. Just these three points alone make it incredibly good value for money, definitely five stars! The public areas are bright and clean, the mini-gym meets workout needs, and there's a late-night diner and American-style breakfast. The overall experience was excellent. I noticed there was an electric clock in the room; it would be even better if it could be replaced with a Bluetooth speaker! Overall, I was very happy with my stay. I had an issue during my stay at Tianmu Lujia Hotel, but it was quickly resolved by a staff member named Chan, whose professionalism and hospitality truly stood out. The hotel offers great convenience with plenty of options nearby and a metro station just 10 minutes away, connecting you easily across Guangzhou. Thanks to Chan’s outstanding service, my stay turned out excellent, I’d definitely return and highly commend him as a real asset to the hotel.

Every time I visit Jiankanggang, I stay at this Lavande Hotel. The front desk staff are always polite and smiling. They even call ahead to ask about check-in needs and make sure to put a power card in our room beforehand to turn on the AC. What's especially thoughtful is that they also leave welcome letters, eye masks, and wet wipes in the room – they're really meticulous! The breakfast is also plentiful, with fruit, bread, and milk available. I genuinely recommend it to everyone!

For Guangzhou, this hotel is excellent, offering great value for money. The underground parking is a huge plus, and for me, it's the most important feature. While it's not in the most bustling area, easy parking is my top priority. It's also conveniently located near Guangzhou Restaurant on Longjin Road and Yongqing Fang, both just about 3 kilometers away. Highly recommended, especially if you're driving!

The room was clean, and the overall decor was great. The practical two-seater sofa was a nice touch. The hotel is conveniently located right above a subway station exit leading to an underground shopping street, with a Walmart directly across. The surrounding area features old Fancun streets and shops, offering a variety of food options every day. There was absolutely no holiday crowd, making it perfect for those who enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of old city districts. In the evenings, a walk along the Huadi River or the Pearl River is very pleasant. The newly opened White Swan Art Gallery nearby is also worth a visit. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Fancun.
