JI Hotel Hotels in Guangzhou

Hotel is located nearer to Tee mall tower B. It is a distance to walk to the main Beijing Pedestrian street, where all the happenings are. Relatively new hotel, rooms are clean but only disadvantage is the lifts. Theres 2 lifts to service the entire hotel and waiting time is very long. Also 1 of the lifts has a ridiculous weight limit, making it even harder to wait during peak periods. Also, Hotel lobby does not have air conditioning, which can be quite hot during summer. Hotel breakfast menu is the same everyday.

There are plenty of dining options around the hotel. The front desk service was excellent, very attentive. The rooms are new and very clean. A big thank you to all the lovely ladies at the front desk for their service; we had a very pleasant stay. We'll definitely come back if we get the chance.

Arrived quite late. The room was clean and bright, and the service was excellent. Perfect for anyone arriving at Guangzhou Baiyun in the evening. Food delivery is super convenient, and there are plenty of unique restaurants nearby if you want to grab a late-night snack before heading back to the hotel. Really good!

The location is very close to the TuanZi harbor. The closest Metro is Beijing Road station which is about 500m away from hotel. The front desk quite helpful. The hotel building is shared with other commercial offices or dental clinic. Smoking smell at the hallway when we checked in which is totally unacceptable. One of the lift is still under renovation condition where it is still covered with plywood. Drilling work going on around 11am and there’s no advance notice to guests. Laundry at 19th floor and can only access with 1 out of the 3 lifts. You will need to get out to the open air area before access to the laundry room and gym. The view to the river is nice if you get the tiver view room.

The hotel has many positive aspects. The location is excellent, especially for travelers using Guangzhou East Railway Station. The facilities are modern and user-friendly, the rooms are very clean, and most staff members are friendly, helpful, and professional. However, my experience with the front desk manager was extremely disappointing and significantly affected my overall impression of the hotel. When I approached him for assistance, he did not even turn around to acknowledge me. Instead, he gave a few perfunctory responses and walked away without listening properly or making any effort to help resolve the issue. As a guest, I found this behavior dismissive, unprofessional, and disrespectful. A manager should lead by example and demonstrate a higher standard of customer service. Ignoring guests, offering superficial responses, and walking away from a customer seeking assistance is simply unacceptable. This was one of the poorest examples of customer service I have encountered during my travels. While I appreciate the hotel's excellent location, cleanliness, and facilities, I strongly encourage management to review the service attitude and professionalism of its front desk leadership team. A hotel's reputation is built not only on its facilities but also on how guests are treated.

The hotel room was very clean, and the subway construction outside was barely noticeable. The hotel even thoughtfully provided earplugs, though we didn't need them as the room was very quiet and didn't disturb our rest. The hotel breakfast was abundant and satisfying; my elderly parents and children thoroughly enjoyed every meal. The staff at the front desk on the first floor were incredibly warm and attentive, even offering tea and snacks. The housekeeping staff were also very diligent and responsible.

Didn't take any photos of the hotel, but I was very satisfied! It's located in the Sanyuanli business district, making it super convenient for eating out and having dim sum. The room was clean, and surprisingly quiet despite being near an elevated highway – no noise at all. The best part was the warm and friendly front desk staff; their service was very considerate. They even gave us a Ji Hotel souvenir, and after learning our flight was delayed, they let us check out at 1 PM. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Guangzhou. Highly recommended!

The hotel's front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, always enthusiastic and polite. The hotel was exceptionally clean, with excellent facilities. The internet was fast and reliable, and my room was quiet and elegantly furnished. It was also quite spacious, making for a very comfortable stay. I appreciated having internet TV, and even the toothbrush provided was of good quality and pleasant to use. The hot water heated up quickly and had good pressure, making for a comfortable shower. The room was tidy, and the bedding was clean and hygienic, which I was very pleased with. The hotel environment was comfortable, and their security measures were excellent. The location is incredibly convenient, with a bus stop right across the street. It offers great value for money and I highly recommend staying here! The facilities and equipment were excellent – the air conditioning worked perfectly, the hot water was reliable, and the Wi-Fi was strong. The lobby was impressive, and the staff were very professional, making check-in a breeze. The environment is pleasant, and the facilities are new, including a washing machine and dryer, which was very convenient for laundry. There's also a gym and a business lounge. My room was clean and tidy, the lobby was bright, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Everything else was also great; it's easy to get around and convenient to hail a taxi, all at an affordable price.

My room was immaculately clean, no strange odors or neglected corners. The mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were complete with excellent water pressure, and the smart devices were easy to use. Service was prompt and friendly. The hotel's location is convenient and it offers great value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Great location right next to the subway station, super convenient. The area is lively with plenty of food options. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast even included a bowl of hot noodles, along with good coarse grains and milk.
