Spacious room with one large and one small bed, ideal for families with children. Being a newly opened establishment, the facilities are pristine and well-maintained, although there was a faint scent of fresh paint. The hotel's location right within Yongqingfang is incredibly convenient for exploring the area and strolling around. The Cantonese Opera Museum is just a two-minute walk away and is definitely worth a visit. It's a bit of a walk to the nearest metro station, roughly ten minutes. Our inner courtyard room on the ground floor was wonderfully quiet, but as expected, offered no view.

This time, during my visit to Guangzhou's Liwan District, I had the pleasure of staying at a highly recommended charming guesthouse, Chenfeng Boutique Hotel (Yongqingfang Branch). The room itself was spotless and beautifully decorated, creating an incredibly cozy and comfortable atmosphere, truly feeling like a home away from home. The bedding was wonderfully soft, and the amenities were well-appointed. A real bonus was the private terrace, perfect for drying clothes or simply relaxing and enjoying the fresh air. The guesthouse's ambiance was delightful, and the host was exceptional—incredibly kind, hospitable, and attentive. They patiently offered fantastic recommendations for local attractions and delicious food options. As for the location, it's absolutely superb! The subway station entrance is just a few minutes' walk away, with Exit D being the closest. Directly opposite the guesthouse is the picturesque Moon Bridge, a popular spot for photos. Getting to Shamian Island and Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street is also incredibly convenient. What's more, the ground floor boasts an abundance of eateries, offering everything from traditional dim sum and rice noodle rolls to pastries – a genuine culinary paradise for a foodie like me! All in all, my stay here was fantastic, and I would undoubtedly choose Chenfeng Boutique Hotel again on my next visit to Liwan.

I arrived early and was told by the front desk that check-in was only possible after 2 PM. I left my luggage and went for lunch. When I returned to the hotel at 3 PM to check in, my room still wasn't ready. I had to wait almost an hour to get the room. Not being able to check in early and then being delayed further was just speechless... The front desk staff were polite, but their service efficiency definitely needs improvement. My 5-day, 4-night stay this time around left me with a very average impression of both the cleanliness and the facilities.
