Everything is Top Notch in this Resort. The staff is their strongest asset for sure, but so are the rooms and the overall cleanliness and appearance of the facilities. We went for a quick anniversary getaway and we couldn't be happier with our choice, this being our first time in Puerto Rico. You don't need to leave the premises. Food was great. Brianna was amazing during breakfast (cute, respectful and agreeable). The drinks are delicious, but only Julio goes the distance with presentation and overall knowledge(everyone one else just put cherries on everything) Christopher was always around and was a delight to talk to. Overall....We highly recommend. The only thing we remember as a negative is the road to get there. Not that it is narrow... But is really damaged. I guess that's not their responsabiity.... But they should work on it somehow.
