Easy check in, nice and clean. No warm water in the shower, other than that it was great! Neat building and right on the beach, within walking distance of several restaurants.

Vince area by the beach. Lots of traffic if there’s a holiday. Limited parking and not the easiest to get out from the driveway. Unit was cute and modern but didn’t even have a cheap microwave or a coffee maker or at least a tiny table to put your toiletries. The swimming pool is very nice but also very cold since it has no heater! You have to get in the pool in the middle of the day on a hot summer day! Otherwise it feels FREEZING!

Propiedad en excelente ubicación, frente al mar lo que hace que sea un lugar relajante y comodo. Lo que si me hubiera gustado es que la piscina tuviera un calentador ya que no basta con el Sol. El agua estaba muy fría y la playa no es área de bañista por lo que hace falta que la piscina esté tenga calentador. Otro consejo sería en la habitación Premium un espejo adicional, pues habíamos varias personas en la habitación y no podíamos arreglarnos porque solo existe un espejo en e baño.
Por lo demás muy contenta y agradecida y recomiendo el lugar y hasta volvería a quedarme.

This place has great views. Restaurants right next door. Relaxing rooftop patios. Refreshing waterfall pool. Price is right. Mgmt is awesome. What else can I say? It won't let me exit this review until I type 200 characters. Thank you Mares!

The staff was very friendly and helpful and responsive. The location is great with a beautiful view. My room was perfect for what I needed.
