No hemos tenido ningún problema, las instalaciones muy bien, el spa sin trestricciones, la comida está bien, tiene una pasarela para acceder directamente del hotel a la playa. Recomendable.

Hotel enorme, la.maggior parte delle persone sono anziane, non adatto a persone giovani. L hotel è in po' datato e andrebbe ristrutturato, non è ammesso che nel bagno non ci sia lo.spazzolino.per il wc, e nemmeno una bottiglia di acqua, idem la cassaforte a pagamento per un 3 stelle è veramente ridicolo. Non c'è TV satellitare, nei dintorni non c'è nulla se non si ha auto.si è come nel deserto...

The hotel is very dated and badly needs some work. The sun loungers were dirty and alot were broken. Rooms very basic but clean, shower was in bath but shampoos etc at opposite end ... made no sense. Breakfast was dismal very little selection of fresh fruit, egg station only seemed to have fried eggs but did have pancakes on Saturday. We booked lunch one of the days because we were at the hotel between meetings. It cost €35 between 2 of us, had to pay for refreshments ( cola). Selection was terrible fish or chicken legs were the main courses along with paella, veg and potatoes/ chips. Only deserts were custard or profiteroles/ cake. We personally thought it was a rip off compared to what you can get outside the hotel. Wouldn't stay again

Hotel situado en primera línea de playa entre Guardamar y Torrevieja en una zona muy tranquila con un acceso un poco complicado. Goza de un excelente y amplio parking vigilado a un precio aceptable. Las habitaciones están bien instaladas, los colchones de las camas son nuevos de éste año y por consiguiente cómodos y confortables. El comedor amplio y espacioso con mucha luz, el bufet poco variado pero correcto y el servicio bastante eficiente y agradable.

Hace tiempo que estuve pero me acuerdo de como era. El buffet bien,las habitaciones bien,la piscina bien,la ubicación muy buena,el personal muy amables,puede ser que los ascensores estén un poco mal . No sé si lo recomendaría pero el hotel no estaba mal
