El apartamento en general no estaba mal, no tiene horno, bastante polvo sobre todo en habitación. La cama muy dura, aunque eso va a gustos. El hombre de recepción tuvo un gran detalle con nosotros. Fuimos con nuestro perro. Lo mejor tener un Carrefour Express bajo los apartamentos que abre todos los dias.

We recently stayed here. Not very welcoming. Peeling paint, holes where lights should be,mold in shower/bath just very tired dirty and run down. Better value in guardamar is easy to find. Location not bad.

Son apartamentos vacacionales situados a las afueras de Guardamar del Segura, algo lejos de la playa. No dispone de servicio de limpieza y cambio de ropa de cama diario a no ser que lo contrates, por lo que es como si se alquilase una vivienda normal. En su terraza con piscina dispone de un kiosco bar con actuaciones nocturnas. Las habitaciones están un poco anticuadas y los colchones algo incómodos. Lo recomendaría para estancias cortas . Dispone de parking gratuito y una recepción 24 horas.

Vine con mi familia para una estancia larga y esperaba mejor trato por parte de las personas que estan en recepcion ,de las cuales no obtuve ninguna solucion aparte de las camas que no son comodas para nada , nos quedaba el sofa y resulto que el sofa estaba roto y no me dieron ninguna solucion (adjunto foto) No tienen limpieza de habitaciones , pero no solo eso la que hubo cuando llegue a la habitacion era pesima ya que por ejemplo en el baño habia pelos y el frigorifico y microondas estaban muy sucios , y es un problema grande si vas para muchos dias ya que te dan el mismo juego de sabanas ya vayas para 2 dias que para 10 como fue mi caso , y no hay servicio de lavadora para comestibles solo hay un pequeño udaco cerca , sino tienes que ir al pueblo lo cual resulta para aparcar una autentica odisea al menos en julio que fui yo lo unico que cabe destacar las personas del chiringuito tanto karen como el cocinero que son personas amables NO VOLVERIA

Det var meget beskidt og der var hår på gulve og toilet. Madrassens hårdhed var som beton. Sengetæppe var plettet og beskidt. Manglede ting i køkkenskabe. Manglede tæpper til at tage over sig til nat.
( Der var et skema over hvad der skulle være i lejligheden. Den fik vi ikke udleveret, men havde bekendte. Som havde fået den udleveret)

Nice near-beach medium rise property, clean apartments, large pool, ample parking, very helpful reception staff (graciously modified our arrival date twice!) Our 2-night stay was at the beginning of the low(er) season, so on-premises restaurant and club were closed. Adjacent grocery store open and in-town restaurants just a few minutes away.
Property could use some remodeling as it looks a bit past its prime, which can be compensated by the excellent nightly rate.

Really nice family hotel. I’m sure after covid when more people are using it that it will be even better. Rooms are massive with everything you need
