The apartment in general was not bad, it does not have an oven, a lot of dust, especially in the room. The bed is very hard, although that depends on taste. The man at the reception was very kind to us. We went with our dog. The best thing is to have a Carrefour Express under the apartments that opens every day.

We recently stayed here. Not very welcoming. Peeling paint, holes where lights should be,mold in shower/bath just very tired dirty and run down. Better value in guardamar is easy to find. Location not bad.

Son apartamentos vacacionales situados a las afueras de Guardamar del Segura, algo lejos de la playa. No dispone de servicio de limpieza y cambio de ropa de cama diario a no ser que lo contrates, por lo que es como si se alquilase una vivienda normal. En su terraza con piscina dispone de un kiosco bar con actuaciones nocturnas. Las habitaciones están un poco anticuadas y los colchones algo incómodos. Lo recomendaría para estancias cortas . Dispone de parking gratuito y una recepción 24 horas.

I came with my family for a long stay and I expected better treatment from the people at the reception, from whom I did not get any solution apart from the beds that are not comfortable at all, we had the sofa left and it turned out that the sofa was broken and they did not give me any solution (attached photo) They do not have room cleaning, but not only that, the one that occurred when I arrived at the room was terrible since, for example, there was hair in the bathroom and the refrigerator and microwave were very dirty, and It is a big problem if you go for many days since they give you the same set of sheets whether you go for 2 days or 10 as was my case, and there is no washing machine service for groceries, there is only a small udaco nearby, otherwise you have to go to the town which turns out to be a real odyssey, at least in July, which was me. The only thing worth highlighting is the people at the beach bar, both Karen and the cook, who are kind people. I WOULD NOT RETURN.

It was very dirty and there was hair on the floors and toilet. The hardness of the mattress was like concrete. Bedspread was stained and dirty. Missing items in kitchen cupboards. Lacked blankets to cover themselves at night.

Nice near-beach medium rise property, clean apartments, large pool, ample parking, very helpful reception staff (graciously modified our arrival date twice!) Our 2-night stay was at the beginning of the low(er) season, so on-premises restaurant and club were closed. Adjacent grocery store open and in-town restaurants just a few minutes away.
Property could use some remodeling as it looks a bit past its prime, which can be compensated by the excellent nightly rate.
