Bellissima esperienza di relax e raffinatezza. Il personale é sempre cordiale e disponibile e il castello di Guarene é meraviglioso! Bellissime le stanze mantenute alla perfezione, spa e piscina perfette (peccato per gli orari di apertura un po' limitanti) e giardini + aree comuni molto ben tenuti. Abbiamo cenato nel ristorante all'interno del castello e mangiato la colazione al buffet della mattina ed è stato tutto squisito! Sicuramente un'esperienza da ripetere

Eccellenza all’ennesima potenza. La struttura è un vero castello ottimamente e finemente tenuto, con la possibilità di una visita privata con il Direttore della struttura (assolutamente consigliato). Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile. Massimo relax e riposo dalla SPA meravigliosa (di nuova costruzione e dotata di ogni confort, dalla stanza del sale, alla piscina con getti di massaggio e idromassaggio, hammam, stanza del ghiaccio) al massaggio che è stato uno dei migliori in assoluto mai ricevuti (bravissima la massaggiatrice presente sabato 17 febbraio al pomeriggio). Ristorante altrettanto eccelso con ottimo personale gentile e disponibile e proposta food ultra qualitativa (il polpo croccante era divino). Simpaticissimo il maitre. Decisamente consigliato per un soggiorno di totale relax, ricentramento con sé stessi e ricarica delle energie.

Un luogo magico : antico castello che domina il borgo di Guarene, perfettamente conservato e adattato a magnifico hotel de charme . Arredi antichi , saloni , corridoi come passaggi segreti , arazzi e camini ; ma anche marmi di pregio nei bagni , porcellane Ginori a tavola , meravigliosa piscina ricavata in un luogo dall’aspetto di grotta antica . Silenzio , discrezione , atmosfere come sospese nel tempo : manca solo il fantasma del Conte a servire la tisana della notte , mentre i tanti camini si illuminano delle fiamme della legna . Stupendo !

Soggiorno all'altezza delle alte aspettative. Location incantevole e soprattutto suggestiva con vista mozzafiato a 360 gradi. Molto piacevole il fatto che la SPA sia riservata per 45 minuti ad ogni stanza. Do 4 stelle perché il materasso del letto era composto da due materassi affiancati e si sentiva la giuntura. In una struttura di questo livello non è accettabile. Poi anche la colazione si può migliorare. Succo d'arancia per esempio con sapore ossidato (forse spremuta ma probabilmente del giorno prima). Uova a pagamento... Menzione speciale per il ristorante: cenato davvero bene a base di tartufo e complimenti al personale, in particolare al sommelier, simpatico, competente e disponibile.

Eccellente location, da favola ubicata all'interno del castello. La stanza N 11 a noi assegnata, ampia, luminosa con un bagno king size. Purtroppo per accedere alla zona umida con sauna, bagno turco, idromassaggio e doccia emozionale è solo con prenotazione anticipata e per una durata totale di 45 minuti per Noi questo è stato un grave handicap. Piscina top e massaggi super. Staff cordiale e professionale.

Superb castle nested on top of a dominating hill overlooking the surrounding Piemont countryside.
The castle is authentically preserved and has all the amenities including a beautiful indoor cave pool.
The rooms are as expected in this historical castle.
It has the « Relais-Château » label which means it’s one of a kind exclusive place.
