O atendimento em todas as dependências do hotel é excelente .Todos os funcionários ,garçons ,enfim são incríveis .
Minha crítica fica por conta da execução dos pratos no restaurante ,serviço a lá carte,é bem menos que o razoável .

A localização é muito boa, com lojas, restaurantes, shopping e a própria praia bem próxima e a pé, não precisamos usar o carro. Muito bom também o hotel fornecer as toalhas, guarda-sol, cadeiras e mesa na praia. A piscina é café também eram bom. O ponto bem negativo foi o Hotel nos colocar num quarto com porta/janela com grades distantes cabendo uma pessoa/criança, sendo que estávamos com duas crianças pequenas e no 12o andar, achei uma extrema irresponsabilidade do hotel não ter avisado. Tivemos que deixar a porta sempre fechada e ar ligado o que piorou muitíssimo minha dor de cabeça. Achei o quarto pequeno também. Parte dos funcionários pareciam estar bem desmotivados. Tirando a questão da porta/janela, se o hotel tiver quartos com mais segurança, voltaríamos.

Café da manhã do hotel horrível, muita gente, não tinha lugar pra sentar ! Também detestei a comida do Restaurante, pedi um macarrão com camarão, o macarrão estava duro e horrível !

Excelente atendimento da recepção e no bar da piscina pelo atendente Diogo, porém o hotel precisa de reformas para modernizar suas instalações. Elevador apertado, café da manhã precisa apresentar mais itens.

Os quartos são otimos e bem espaçosos, mas o chuveiro é pessimo. Sem explicação. Precisam rever isso. As areas comuns do hotel são uma delicia. Mas como sugestao poderiam pensar em um monitor para as crianças. Pelo menos no periodo tarde/noite. Uma area kids mais legal e espaços para as crianças maiores brincarem e se intreterem umas com as outras. Assim os adultos aproveitam com mais tranquilidade o local e o show ao vivo q é uma delicinha. O café da manha é bem completinho e gostoso. Os pratos à lacarte poderiam ser melhor servidos. Muito caro para pouca comida. E o serviço de praia é show. Cadeiras super confortaveis. Valew. Logo to de volta.

Excelente hotel, limpeza nota 10, piscina agradável, serviço impecável, nos serviram frutas uma tarde na piscina, café da manhã maravilhoso e com um pãozinho de cará que é a coisa mais gostosa. Pertinho da praia e do Shopping La Plage. O melhor lugar do Guarujá
