La struttura si trova in un punto naturalistico particolarissimo. Hotel con accesso diretto in spiaggia che è raro per queste zone. Servizio in piscina professionale, bar in piscina e cocktail fatto qualitativamente bene. I pasti serviti a self service uguali sia a pranzo che a cena e qui ci sta un appunto importantissimo che un hotel di questo livello non può permettersi di fornire una qualità così bassa sia a pranzo che a cena. Inoltre aperto un solo ristorante. Continui rumori per dei lavori in corso in giardino. Per 1 giorno molti rumori anche vicino alla camera.

Decepção...cheguei no hotel e minha suíte voltada para o mar não tem vista...somente se vê as casas do complexo. Está tendo uma convenção para os funcionários da claro então nos sentimos estranhos e abandonados porque só tem programação para eles...bar da piscina e da praia as 15 hs Já não funciona....e a noite terá festa somente para .pessoal da Claro. Pagar 2000 de diária para se sentir num deserto de serviços é mais que decepcionante.

Hotel excelente, quartos confortáveis, atendimento restaurante e na piscina muito bom , porém a recepção deixa muito a desejar ! Estávamos em família , 3 apartamentos sendo 1 de necessidades especiais com cadeirante (idoso)e no checkout pedimos se seria possível pagarmos um late check out no quarto do cadeirante para podermos almoçar e ele aguardar das 12:00 às 13:00 deitado pois tínhamos uma longa estrada a enfrentar após o almoço , e sem nenhuma empatia foi dito não ! Toda a boa impressão de anos visitando este hotel , se foi neste check out !

Hotel incrível pé na areia, piscina climatizada, parque aquático, quadras de areias e muito mais... Os Restaurantes com buffet a vontade, café da manhã tem meu destaque. Atendimento bom dos garçons no espaço kids meus filhos adoram os monitores Tia Angélica e Batata gente.

Muito feliz com a nossa hospedagem, superou as expectativas da familia! Meu filho amou, o hotel tem varias atrações por dia para adultos e crianças. Quarto espaçoso, limpo, moderno, ficamos muito bem acomodados. O hotel é lindo, aconchegante. A comida muito boa e tem variedades, os petiscos excelentes! Serviço de praia, piscina… tudo! Estivemos mais uma vez no Hotel Jequitimar Guarujá Resort & Spa no final de semana de 15 à 16/03/2024. Foi um final super agradável, com destaque para a Piscina, em frente à Praia, com drinks preparados no Bar da Piscina. Funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. O Apartamento limpo e confortável. À Noite super agradável, com música ao vivo na Varanda ao lado do Lobby (foto) . Ficamos quarto Vista Mar, com belo visual da Praia de Pernambuco.
