Lençóis e toalhas manchadas. Durante a estadia não fizeram limpeza do quarto (mesmo deixando a chave na recepção). Caixa de som da própria pousada com som muito alto.

Minha estadia na pousada foi incrível.
Estive no Guarujá durante alguns dias e consegui trabalhar tranquilamente da pousada.
Queria enaltecer o atendimento de cada funcionário da Canto do Forte, todo mundo muito solicito e gente boa!
Recomendo muito e não vejo a hora de voltar.

Péssimo local. Sujo, enferrujado, janelas não abrem, toalhas péssimas, piscina amarela de suja! Local precisa ser interditado!! Foi a pior experiência com hospedagem que tive. Ca com buracos, frigobar enferrujado, uma judiação - fujam deste local

Pousada super agradável, tudo funcionando muito bem. Funcionários prestativos e educados. A piscina esta clarinha e bem gostosa! O cafe da manha estava ótimo e adorei a suite onde fiquei hospedada. Estao de parabéns. Voltarei em breve!

A cama e travesseiros foram um pesadelo, estacionamento péssimo, piscina impraticável...No fim da estadia não tinha nem funcionário pra fazer check out! Não recomendo e não volto! A única coisa que salvou, foi a moça do café da manhã!

Nós alugamos pelo hotéis.com e no anúncio estava escrito propriedade com estacionamento, chegando lá para nossa surpresa teríamos que pagar o estacionamento a parte, no valor de 35,00 a diária.
A propriedade oferece café da manhã a parte, não é a vontade é uma porção até que ok pelo valor, o que nos deixou insatisfeito foi que só tem uma pessoa para preparar e servir o café da manhã, onde ocorre bastante demora.
O quarto é até que ok, mas do banheiro sai um cheiro muito forte, muito desagradável.
Não tem limpeza de quarto diária, você tem que pedir para que limpem e parecem que não gostam muito. Mas de resto é ok, a localização é ótima, mas devem ser feitas essas melhorias.

Ruin teve atraso na entrada, mudaram nosso quarto, ar condicionado não gelava nada instalação suja , wi-fi não funciona tv um monitor de computador zuada , a noite tinha umas crianças correndo fazendo muito barulho eu não recomendo a ninguém piscinas suja filtro da piscina não funciona horrível espero que melhorem pois nas fotos são uma coisa quando chega la totalmente diferente

Excellent location, the staff is very friendly. They could work a little harder on the cleanliness and upgrade a few things one the room. But the beach is literally 2 mins walk
