Impecável!!! O quarto extremamente limpo e aconchegante, café da manhã divino e a área da piscina perfeita. A equipe foi super atenciosa e educada! Além disso, a facilidade de ser de frente para o mar faz toda a diferença, a localização é ótima, é em uma parte bem tranquila da praia da Enseada.

Todavia staff pouco cordial, tratamento de 2 estrelas no geral.
Café da manhã bem servido com boa oferta de itens.
Os quartos são bem pequenos e apertados.

Foi a primeira vez que me hospedei neste hotel e me surpreendeu de maneira positiva. Localização excelente, de frente para o mar , a área da piscina é incrível tem a melhor vista do Guarujá, funcionários extremamente educados e prestativos, café da manhã farto e fresquinho, sem falar no café da tarde que é um mimo oferecido pelo hotel. Vale a pena a visita. Com certeza voltarei mais vezes.

Hotel confortável, com boa localização, mas não oferece nada demais que justifique o preço alto da diária. Café da manhã bem simples, com bastante demora na reposição dos itens, sendo que alguns não foram repostos mesmo ainda faltando mais de 1 hora para encerrar o horário do café da manhã...

Hotel muito bom, mas nao tem grande estrutura. Quartos normais, cama um pouco dura, chuveiro varia bastante a temperatura durante o banho.

Hotel muito bonito, quarto aconchegante , cama confortável, um café da manhã maravilhoso, uma vista da piscina incrível com um por do sol de tirar o fôlego. Excelente atendimento da recepção Luciano e Rafael que nos tranquilizou em realizar o pagamento da reserva antecipado. Super recomendo!!!
