The hotel is about 15 min away from the airport( by shuttle )and offers free shuttle to pick up and drop off. It is an hourly service so may not be convenient for some people depending on the flight time. The bus waiting area is at T2 and many international flights are at T1. Need to walk about 10 min inside the two connected terminals- and need to go up and down the elevator due to the design of the airport. It wasn’t too troublesome for us- just get a pushcart. From T1- follow the sign for bus, go out of the terminal and cross the street. Many people from different hotels would be waiting there. There is no signage that indicates the hotel name( except for Pullman). Nonetheless the bus arrived on time. Hotel breakfast- staff are very strict and a bit rude and closes the door 5-10 min before official closing time. They will not allow you to enter. We also had buffet dinner the night before around 9:30pm. Food wasn’t great, but price was cheap. No choice nearby . Hotel is in decent condition and value for money.

We had a small hickup with the AC, and it took two phone calls with the front desk for them to send someone, but the person was nice and helpful though. The worst thing was the noise. The hotel is next to a busy highway, and the windows are not good enough for the level of noise, which continues all throughout the night. It's really hard to sleep.

It’s a great stop over for those catching a flight at anytime and there is a free shuttle back and fro. I really enjoyed my stay including the room service.

The hotel is very close to the airport, about a 10-15 minute drive. Although the direct distance is short, the road design is poor, requiring a lot of detours, which adds to the travel time. The hotel is quite new, the newest of all the hotels on my Brazil trip. It's not in the typical dark red style, more like a bright-colored economy hotel in China, which I liked. There's an airport shuttle at the entrance, seemingly running hourly, but unfortunately, I missed it. The restaurant is decent; the selection isn't extensive but still acceptable. There's an outdoor courtyard which is very comfortable for a short sit. The room is compact but all the facilities are brand new. WiFi connectivity was poor. I asked the front desk if it was safe outside, and they replied that it's okay during the day but best not to go out at night. It's hard to imagine that even near the airport it's like this. I had dinner at the hotel, costing 79 BRL per person. For someone like me who isn't used to the local flavors, it wasn't good value for money. Throughout my entire Brazil trip, the only meal I thoroughly enjoyed was the BBQ buffet hosted by my client in Curitiba, because it had flavor. All other meals were bland and just for filling the stomach. Considering the price and location, I would still choose to stay here again.

The hotel was located conveniently near the airport, it was very clean, modern, despite the reasonable price. Breakfast was good, hotel staff was polite and helpful. Pleasant surprise and perfect for a long layover!

Comfort Hotel Guarulhos Aeroporto, and I had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is very responsive — whenever I needed assistance or had a question, the team replied quickly and efficiently. The staff were especially friendly and welcoming, which made my stay even more comfortable. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and well organized

Poor value for money, uncomfortable, and impossible to get any rest. Check-in was a long queue, incredibly inefficient. The room faced the street and was incredibly noisy; the roar of cars was so loud it made you question everything, and it went on all night. It's really not good for winter; there's no duvet, no heating, and the blanket is as thin as a sheet. We asked for two, and still froze all night. The airport shuttle was even more ridiculous. When checking in, we confirmed it went to T3, but in the morning, we were dropped off at T2. Might as well have just taken a taxi from the hotel.

Good location and cooperative staff. The room is ok but could have more privacy between the bathroom and the room itself.

The hotel is near the airport. They provide free shuttle service to and from the airport. The shuttle runs till late at night. Breakfast was mediocre. Overall a good transit hotel.

The location, free shuttle, reasonable breakfast and great staff, all good. Just noisy air con unit and road noise. Request a room on the quiet side.

It's perfect choise for waiting a flight. The room in the hotel is very clear. The free shuttle bus is a bonus.

Just what you need at the airport and I look forward to returning.
