This hotel was the perfect choice for our anniversary celebration. Every detail was considered and need anticipated. The food was beautiful, and the property was such that we never felt crowded. But the real treasure of this place is the people. Down to a person everyone was so friendly, helpful, and fun to be around. We should all be so lucky to have friends like the staff at Rio Celeste Hideaway Hotel.

We loved the hotel, pools and jacuzzis. The drinks at the bar were very good. The food and staff were awesome. On our first night we took a one hour complimentary night walk around downtown the hotel property. We saw a lot of frogs and snakes. This was a highlight for us. We stayed Three nights in a Forest View Casita near the hiking trails. The hiking trails are well marked and we did the hike everyday. We booked private tours to Tenorio National park and Tubing on the Rio Celeste. We loved hiking to the waterfall and looking at the beautiful blue Celeste river.

Habíamos venido el 2014 y ahora regresamos para celebrar nuestro aniversario de bodas. El hotel está aún mejor de lo que recordábamos, la atención es amena por parte de todo el personal, la comida deliciosa (el Coctel Amorcito es espectacular!!, y en la cena nos dieron postre de cortesía por nuestra celebración), y el acceso al río da el toque final. Nos vamos con ganas de regresar!!

we loved everything about this hotel! The service was what made this hotel so special! Katherine Pablo Mariano all made us feel very special at dinner and at breakfast, which both were phenomenal. The grounds are beautiful. Everything was great, we highly recommend this hotel. You won’t regret it.

This hotel is a 5 star experience between the attention to detail, caring staff, and quality of the facilities. They also provide tours with equally amazing guides, such as Felix! My family has found our new happy place and can’t wait to return!

amazing. staff is so kind . surreal to be in a love with so much luxury and nature at the same time . we want to come back every year. food was excellent. the only think we would change if we could do it over again , would be to have stayed more nights here.

The hotel is gorgeous, the restaurant and food amazing, the room spectacular- I cannot say enough how impressed I am with the hotel. Honestly it well exceeded my expectations. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful. Jennifer in the main restaurant is by far one of the best servers I’ve had in any restaurant in any country. We arrived st 9p and the front desk offered to have dinner waiting for us in the room Anthony who took our bags and drove us to our room took the time to show us things along the way (even late at night - he used a flash light) I am very impressed with the service and the room is beautiful. There are lots of outlets including in the floor and extra fans and good water pressure. I love the large shower and well I could go on and on. Thank you Hideaway team for making this family vacation a memorable and pleasurable experience in every aspect - the attention to detail is amazing; thank you!!

Absolute perfection! This is the nicest Hotel I have ever stayed in and would stay again in a heartbeat. It is located on an absolutely stunning property and was just an easy 1.5 hr drive from Liberia Airport. We stopped here before heading to La Fortuna which I definitely recommend as it broke up the drive and you must not miss experiencing Rio Celeste!

Can't recommend this place enough. It was amazing 10/10. The staff was amazing, so kind and welcoming. We made good friends with Josue, who was awesome! The masseuseus were also fantastic, had the best massage of my life. The property is also beautiful, and they have their own private trails and area of the Rio Celest you can swim in. We saw monkeys in the trees almost everyday, and on the complimentary night walk (if you book through the hotel website) we saw frogs and a viper! The rooms are amazing and huge, including an outdoor shower, so you can literally shower in the rainforest! If you're considering this place, I highly suggest booking, it was wonderful.
