Nas fotos o hotel parecia muito mais sofisticado, os quartos são bem simples, a limpeza deixou a desejar, tem lodo na ducha higiênica, toalhas limpas,fora do saquinho, cobertor com cheiro estranho, não cheirava limpeza, banheiro com sujeira no chão, lodo na pia, quarto com cheiro estranho, café da manhã razoável, o estacionamento é muito pequeno, estreito para atender a demanda do hotel, muito mal sinalizado as vagas, tivemos problemas com um hóspede por conta da vaga de estacionamento, enfim, para quem busca algo mais sofisticado, algo de qualidade, esse não é o hotel para você, com certeza deve ter outros bem melhores aqui em Guaxupé. As camareiras, meninas da cozinha são excelentes pessoas, estão de parabéns.

A rede Class tem os melhores hotéis do Sul de Minas. Em especial, o de Guaxupé é o mais aconchegante da rede. Os quartos são ótimos, café bem servido. Excelente localização e os funcionários muito atenciosos. Em especial o recepcionista Diego que fica no horário de check in.

Ótimo atendimento por parte da equipe da Recepção e limpeza. Limpeza do quarto e banheiro excelente! Toalhas e lençóis limpos! Café da manhã fraco, piscina sem limpeza diária, ar condicionado pingando apt 118, colchão precisando ser trocado.
