This hotel is a relatively old-fashioned hotel in Guayaquil. It is very close to the airport. The room decoration is a little old, and it feels like most of the mahogany. The nearby transportation is very convenient and very safe.

The staff are amazing and truly are passionate about customer satisfaction. When I told them that my bag was delayed they immediately sprung into action to coordinate with me and the shuttle services to personally take me. They helped me navigate the airport system from speaking to the airlines to the customs agents. A special thank you to Romm who took time from his day drive with me to the airport.
