The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Nice pool area with bar. It would be better if heated.

Avoid this place, terrible location, nothing to do at this place. Breakfast was supposed to be included but I was charged. The room very uncomfortable, charged at full price and did not get what I was promised. Look for other options to stay in San Carlos!

Advertised as a five star property, however, it’s a one star. Hotel rooms are small and in fair condition and bar isn’t not open every day, so there’s really nothing to do at the property. I been to San Carlos before and wanted to try what I saw was a better hotel option based on ratings, however, that was not the case. I should have stayed where I always stayed in the past.
