The room that was assigneed had the power outleets dissasembled with the cables exposed, and I have small childreen.

The staff was good, the beds were so so, the room was very clean and like new. There was heat and AC which it was great to have heat. The area around was convenient. The dinning in the area was alright nothing close. Most of the dining was outdoors so it was too cold.

Have stayed here a few times and there is always some issue. If your room is near the elevator be prepared to hear the loud ding at all hours. Another time we had to change the mini split filter which was filthy and had probably never been cleaned. This last stay was the final straw. I had a double charge to my credit card and when I went to the front desk to ask that the extra charge be reversed, I was told they couldn’t do it. Do yourself a favor and find a better and less expensive hotel when in Guaymas.
