This hotel is so charming it is steeped in history. The rooms are so comfy and spacious. Each room is equipped with a full kitchen and all the amenities. The architectural charm is so amazing. This gem has been brought back to it's former glory. This hotel does not disappoint. The adjacent restaurant was delicious and the staff were kind and attentive. I only live 20 minutes away from Guelph but can't wait to go back.

We had the one bedroom suite for one night, located right downtown near restaurants. Parking was offsite but free because of New Years! Comfortable suite, easy check in & check out and full kitchen available. Reasonably priced and would stay again.

We arrived late in the afternoon on Christmas Eve. The building was closing earlier than the 9 PM that was noted on the website. We had received a courtesy call from the manager and needed to be met at the door by someone with a key. All went smoothly. Once inside we went upstairs through immaculate hallways. Our suite was also immaculate. The kitchen was nicely stocked for an overnight stay, with a Keurig coffeemaker that was a very welcome sight. Nice furnishings. The bed was a full size, not a queen, but that had been noted on the listing. All in all it was a very nice stay. We would hot hesitate to stay there again and we would recommend it to friends and family.

I liked that it was newly renovated. It was very cosy. What did concern me was the check in. I know they were expecting me but they didn't check my credentials. The lady didn't even ask for my name. Essentially, I could have been anybody. I was given the keys and have a great stay! Also, having the check in at a bar was unconventional and it made me feel insecure.
The hotel itself is fantastic. The rooms are large. I'll definitely stay again. Oh, I didn't see any pots and pans. I did find the dishware. Are pots and pans available?

We love this boutique hotel. Beautifuly appointed. Clean. Spacious. Seperate bedroom, full kitchen, compfy couch, toiletry stocked bathroom,kurig with supplies. Our room was a 1 Queensize bed. Go to the restaurant next door to pick up your security fob and entrance code. Easypeasy. The restaurant was very good as well.

Once we found the restaurant to check in the staff were very patient and helpful! Also once we figured out where to park it was convenient. Very nice quiet room and did not realise there was a full kitchen and was not aware there was no elevator. But would stay again and gladly recommend.appreciated watching Netflix! Suggestion to have a map for guests to refer to with parking location because a map was available but maybe I misunderstood but it looked like parking lot was behind hotel when actually it was just down the road on same side which is convenient considering there is no parking ok hotel property.
