It was rainy and gloomy upon arrival but we were able to check in a little early and warm up. They allowed for a switch to a king room instead of two queens, which we appreciated. Little things like a non-working bathroom fan and a janky shower head occurred but overall a clean and comfortable room. It would be great to go back when it's summer time and enjoy the pool. The walkability to town and bars/restaurants is wonderful!

We have been coming to west Sonoma inn since 2016. And even know with our family growing we love to come back and stay at least once a year. The staff has always been sweet and accommodating.

Such a cute, cozy property. The staff are courteous and welcoming. Called to let us know when our room was ready, early. Will definitely be staying here again.

Superb hotel, the room is modern, comfortable, clean, thoughtfully furnished with everything one could ask for. Superbly quiet, with lovely view over vineyards and redwood forest. Wonderfully convenient with ability to walk to all restaurants, yet quiet and peaceful. Wonderful service, as well!

Staff was great, the property was beautiful. Great, convenient location. Not all rooms have air conditioning. The patio screen door was broken.

Bait and switch. This property looked nothing like the pictures online, and when we showed up, we were told our room didn’t have air conditioning, and would we like to upgrade to a room with AC for extra $$. Property was run down and staff felt shady, so we left.
