Cloro excesivo en la alberca (mi esposo tuvo daños en la piel). Una alberca descuidada, camastros de metal oxidados sin colchonetas, instalaciones descuidadas, ropa de cama horrenda y vieja, colchones duros. La TV en la habitación súper pequeña (parecía monitor de computadora).
Una verdadera lástima porque estuve cotizando muchas opciones en Taxco y las fotos de ******* me engancharon.
Lo único bueno, tiene amplio estacionamiento y excelente ubicación y vista panorámica a la ciudad.
A nuestra experiencia NO LO VOLVEREMOS A CONSIDERAR COMO OPCIÓN EN TAXCO.

En general todo muy bien, excepto que al regresar de noche a descansar (9:30 pm) , las instalaciones carecen mucho de luz, la alberca seria bueno que mencionaran que no cuentan con caldera y que por ende depende mucho que este el sol en su esplendor o de plano no disfrutaras estar dentro de ella.
De ahi en fuera todo estuvo excelente en cuanto a personal (recepcion/ bell boys y estacionamiento) asi como en alimentos /bebidas!!

Reservamos 2 suites decía recién remodeladas pero no… Una muy amplia la otra es un cuarto con salita y un balcón eso si con una vista hermosa… El hotel en general descuidado le falta mucho mantenimiento la habitación olía a caño… Encontramos juguetes abajo de la cama… El servicio el check in muuuuy lento y el restaurante quisieron cobrarnos 500 pesos de más hasta que exigimos la cuenta impresa por que no nos salían las cuentas nos dijo el mesero que todos en la mesa habíamos escuchado mal el total… En fin es una lástima que lo estén dejando caer de esta forma, creo que debe haber mejores opciones en Taxco.
