Excelente trato del personal sobretodo en el restaurante, soy intolerante al gluten y lactosa y Elia siempre me suministró alimentos adecuados a mí intolerancia. Menú amplio y variado. Las habitaciones son muy amplias, el servicio de limpieza muy amable y eficiente. Mi única queja es por el aire acondicionado, no funciona como debiera y genera malos olores.

El check in fue rápido y a destacar la amabilidad de los recepcionistas. Habitación espaciosa con todo lo necesario. Colchón y toallas sobresalientes. Balcón con unas vistas maravillosas. Instalaciones excelentes con variedad de piscinas y zonas de restauración. Un hotel para repetir.

Somos asiduos a este hotel desde hace 9 años, vamos por lo menos 3 veces al año, siempre repetimos, los niños nos piden volver, lo pasan genial y nosotros encantados con el personal fijo de restaurantes y piscina ,Gerardo, Elisabeth, etc. Todos tienen muy buen talante y son muy amables . Me alegro ser atendida cada año por el mismo personal ya que forman un gran y buen equipo. Michas gracias a todos y hasta la próxima !!!
