Foi uma óptima estadia em família em regime de tudo incluído Não sentimos necessidade de sair do hotel os miúdos sempre ocupados e felizes com as várias piscinas , alimentação, e espaços de lazer Quartos espaçosos e acima de tudo uma óptima relação qualidade preço

Amazing golf trip for 8 lads. Salgados and Alamos courses both great. Hotel food was great and rooms very spacious. Only downside was the air con was not great. Otherwise fantastic trip. View from balcony was amazing overlooking the golf course.

Desde o atendimento no check in, até às condições do quarto , até local onde está inserido e o pequeno almoço, tudo 5 estrelas. A simpatia dos funcionários, a limpeza do e a grande variedade de escolha no pequeno almoço . Aconselho vivamente a experiência.

Excellent hotel and had a brilliant time as a family of four. Food was top quality, fresh, and lots of variety each day. Excellent drinks selection. Whilst not a great deal to do for older kids (8-12) we meet some lovely families with kids similar age. Excellent choice if you are looking to chill.

Excelente quarto com camas confortáveis e banho fabuloso. Refeições com variedade qb mas com uma ótima confecção. Como melhoria acho que o espaço de animação noturno deveria ser mais amplo, ou o palco estar posicionado noutro local. A animação é boa no entanto está no mesmo local de transmissão de futebol. A melhorar com urgência o cheiro nos WC Sociais do Hotel. Apesar de terem boas condições e estarem limpos tinham sempre mau cheiro.

Rooms are lovely clean and modern, staff very helpful ,we were locked out of our room 5 times in the first two days which Is not good when you have 2 3yr olds to drag up and down 4 flights , food very poor always cold childs buffet well 1 choice per day if that ,kids loved the pirate ship pool but kids club rubbish , and nighttime entertainment a singer every night with no get up and go apart from 1 night a female singer was really good , our flight home got cancelled and had to stay till the next morning asked if we could stay an extra night but wanted to charge us 481 euros so we had to change hotel the last day to bayside which is the next hotel down for 66 euros , hotel out of the way of everything train to the beach is very good but to get to the old town it costs 16euros each way

We just spent 4 days here Rooms 5* Staff 5* Cleanliness 5* Food -1^ We went at various times a day 7am when restaurant opened etc food was always stone cold for a hotel like this it was so disappointing and we paid a lot of money for this break like so many other people have I have travelled all over the world and this one has been the worst even the chips were cold I would definitely not return

Já conhecia o hotel irmão , dunas Suites, e fui experimentar agora o regime de tudo incluído . Claro que os pequenos adoraram o facto de poderem tirar as bebidas que querem e os gelados que lhes apetece !!! AS camas continuam a ser muito confortáveis , as almofadas são das mais fofas em que já dormi. Gostaria que não tivesse estado tanta gente nesta altura no hotel mas estava muito bom tempo para outubro O facto das pessoas reservarem as espreguiçadeiras é sempre aborrecido mas tem haver com o caracter e educação de cada um e por isso o hotel pouco pode fazer .De qualquer forma tive sempre espreguiçadeiras livres na piscina maior que era onde estávamos sempre.
