酒店旁4樓有影院，B1的通道可以連接鳳凰街等其他地方，天氣熱或者下雨可以在下面，很方便。不錯不錯不錯。

5月14號入住的家庭房，當天接待我的前台小妹很好，很熱情，也很熱心幫客人解決問題，這對我來說感覺很好，這是我第二次入住，地理位置方便，房間乾淨整潔，給我很好的住後感，下次還會選擇入住👍

位於城市中心地段，樓下就是商場超市，旁邊是生活港和鳳凰街，連通地下街，位置好，方便遛娃和逛街。不足：空調達到設定温度感覺就不做轉了，有點悶，半夜幾次起來調空調。早餐品種一般，不算多，過得去吧。入住的時候前台男服務員語氣有點生硬，態度不行呀，我問他，我帶小孩入住，能安排一間禁煙的房間嗎，男服務員衹冷冷迴應一句：我們這邊沒有明確禁煙的房間。雖然事實如此，但是能不能語氣温暖點呢。房型也沒有給我升級。晚上打電話去前台讓那多一張被子，接電話的是女服務員，語氣就很温暖，爽快答應。樓層服務員拿杯子過來也是很熱情的。
選擇這個酒店完全是看上了地理位置，但是性價比不是很高，如果對位置沒有要求，荷潤和羣豪性價比很高。
