What a gem of a hotel - I stayed in a newly refurbished ground floor double room, spotlessly clean, very quiet, lovely looking out over the grounds at the front. With the weather being so warm it was perfect for a stroll through the very well kept grounds with the towers on the lake. Check in staff very helpful and was a smooth process. Housekeeping staff too were very friendly. I didn’t have dinner there - but had breakfast which was an extensive range of pastries, pancakes, fruit, juices, tea/ coffee, cereals, and traditional fry up! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and thoroughly recommend.

Such a wonderful stay at Horsley Estate, gorgeous spacious bedroom and charming bars with refreshing cocktails and tasty food. The grounds were incredible, felt like a peaceful hidden gem - I’m sure it’s an incredible wedding venue! Special thank you to Sam, the Towers Manager, for my amazing book about the Horsley Towers History - so interesting and really appreciated this special touch for my stay 😊

My wife & I had a fabulous experience at this hotel. We arrived a little before check in time and the room wasn't ready, they allowed us to use the pool and when we come out they'd arranged for our room to be ready early. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room in the towers was excellent, quite a special feeling staying in a small castle type building. The food in the restaurant was excellent at both breakfast and dinner. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again if in the area.

Venue is in a great location. Room in theMansion House/Towers was spacious and comfortable. There is no lift and requires walking up 2 flights of stairs. Requested 2 x twin beds but allocated a King. Fortunately the King was made from 2 singles and they split them. Breakfast service needs to be reviewed. It would be preferable to have fresh tea and coffee brought to the table instead of the jugs on the side with old coffee and stewed tea. There appeared to be an option to request fresh poached eggs. However this was declined by the chef as apparently it was "too busy" in the restaurant. It took some time for hot food to be replenished and several people were waiting a long time. For a hotel of this standard, breakfast service was sadly sub standard.

First impressions not great ! Went with it and stayed at The Towers didn’t realise that there are no facility there and had to walk to the main hotel for bar and restaurant, also didn’t realise the amount of stairs involved at The Towers 😬 We booked a meal but have to say was very disappointed, the restaurant was empty but had to wait a long time for our food, when it did arrive it was cold!! No one around to speak too sadly but also noticed the buffet came off 1/2 hr before it was scheduled too! We only have disappoin**ent for the weekend ! Far too much going on and maybe should not have opened the bar and restaurant as clearly could not cope with the functions and guests Our only saving grace was Riannah she was amazing as well as taking time to talk to us as people , trying to rectify the issues we had A true asset to you although I would say too good for you !! Not sure you will ever sort these issues but one thing for sure we will NOT be back !!

The staff at this hotel were really friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. The food was really good, the property and grounds are stunning. A big shoutout to Bradley one of the hotel managers, for coming in on his day off to show us around the towers and tell us more about it's history.Thank you Bradley, that made this trip very memorable. We will come snd visit again.
