The room was nice, no view as overlooking the extension and white wall. Bed was comfy, shower was great. Room was very stuffy, air conditioning not working, I reported it but this was not fixed, was told fan would be given if not fixed, I didn't receive a fan. There was a window but no air flow so didn't make any difference.

The guys at the bar work exceptionally hard and make sure everyone is served in good time, help you out on what’s best to order and come over to make sure the food is good. They also go above and beyond in any other way they can and ensure you’re having a great time

Wife booked for us to come back and as expected Excellent service and lovely hotel. Hotel is fresh and modern It's definitely one of my favourite branded hotels. And never disappoints. Rooms are excellent lovely and fresh Staff were very welcoming, my wife decided to bring a glass of wine up to the room and spilt it over the bed the two young housekeeping girls was more than happy to change the bedding for us and topped up everything at the same time nothing was to much trouble for them! gym staff and restaurant staff are exemplary too. Food was excellent. Looking forward to staying again.

We went for boogie bingo and, as always, it was an amazing time and, Dan especially, but all the crew, joined in the fun and made the night even more fun! Good music, good times, good friends, such a good night! Thank you Dan and everyone else! Xx

On Arrival the hotel does look the part very nice looking building great space for parking. Had a lovely stay room was nice and clean and spacious. We just had two complaints really firstly on the menu they had a rose small med an large price I wanted a small but when my partner came back he said they don't do small so had to get a medium which is strange when it states small on menu! Secondly we ordered and paid food at 940 and at 10 pm my partner asked where it was to be told oh sorry the order didnt go though and the kitchen is closed and was told we could have a packet of crisps and he had a beer too in exchange for the money he paid for the food! so wasn't the best. if it wasn't for this i would have given this hotel 5 stars.

Natalia fue encantadora recibiéndonos, las instalaciones magníficas para pasar unos días. Lo recomiendo, sobre todo las máquinas de gimnasio y que todo estaba limpio. Puedes pasar un rato tranquilo en el spa ya que no hay mucha gente. Repetiremos.
