Lovely warm welcome, beautiful location close to army barracks for my nephews passing out parade. Room lovely, very clean and comfortable and amazing bathroom with remote control water settings. The restaurant was perfect and the food was incredible. Beautiful garden to sit in and great lounge bar, I would highly recommend this hotel and we would 100% stay here again if we were back this way. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful

Staff were amazing , accommodating my later than planned arrival at 8.45pm but still ensuring I got a sumptuous dinner with no moans or complaints. Room was great and breakfast superb. Definitely a must visit hotel and i shall certainly be back. Bill Dastur

Unfortunately we could hear the television from the next room and was wide awake from 5.30am! Did mention after we checked into the room but was told as we were already in the room if we wanted to change rooms we would have to pay for another room!

We live near Eastbourne and this was my second stay as my wife had two separate spells in Guildford hospital. Hotel very accommodating as I couldn't give them a precise end date. Hotel is very clean, breakfast is excellent, garden is lovely and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Evening meal is very nice but is rather expensive for every day, OK for a special occasion. Would recommend and would stay again.

The room was pleasant with a large bed, two arm chairs and a view over the beautiful garden - sadly on our first visit not warm enough to sit and enjoy - which is beautifully lit at night. Additionally there’s a lounge with a well stocked honesty bar. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of well cooked food and the a**osphere of the hotel was pleasant and the service good. We’ve booked a return visit!

Small, boutique hotel with a beautiful garden. Stayed 2 nights in a large room with a huge, comfortable bed, digital shower with waterfall head was great. Pretty dining room and lounge area with an extensive honesty bar. Good breakfast, staff friendly and helpful. Not inexpensive but would stay again. Could do with a big table lamp on the desk, the room is a bit dark with just bedside lights in the evening and rather too bright with overhead spotlights on. Easy to find, parking at the front.

From the moment we walked in, the service was excellent. Very friendly and welcoming receptionist. Our room at the rear of the hotel was excellent, good decor, extremely comfortable bed and overlooking their beautiful garden, with the most amazing garden pond with the largest koi carp, truly magical when lit up at night. The shower was brilliant, my partner wants the same one for home it was that good! Parking and wi-fi were free, always a bonus. The honesty bar was a great touch, it was lovely to relax after dinner before going up to our room. Great breakfast (you need to book it the night before by 9pm) .. so much choice (even gf) and excellent quality. A very attentive gentleman served us, such good service. Room is tastefully decorated, it has some really beautiful light fittings and chairs. We had a really lovely stay, if we are in the area again, we would definitely stay here again.

We had a 1 night stopover for a family event. A beautiful, comfortable, spotless hotel. Bed and linen very comfortable. Very friendly staff. We would highly recommend this hotel. The lovely landscaped garden has an amazing Koi Carp pond, a lovely pace to sit and relax.

Great, super clean hotel with excellent beds at a very good price. We were looking for somewhere near Guildford and after a poor nights stay in a pub moved to the Asperion Hillside and were really glad we did. We will happily return when in the area. Their garden is lovely and must be a gem in the warmer weather.
