Great service and stay! Love the dinner and drinks there too. Also super super nice tea coffee snacks available and love the shampoo/body lotion in room. However, a bit inconvenient as I had a suitcase living on second floor but no lift. Also no gym/any common exercise space. But still great experience overall.

Very good and nice hotel at a good location and the manager is wonderful I didn’t like the room I booked and she easily upgraded the room for me with little money and I was happy for my stay.

Everything perfect as always. Just two comments: firstly the bathrooms are way too small, and secondly, a hotel of this quality should not consider it necessary to charge extra for parking, though i admit that this does unfortunately seem to be becoming the norm these days. That said, all in all a lovely hotel.

My room is a bit noisy, I can heard the person walk around on the top, there are stairs up and down even I just at 1/F, the corridor is narrow and each room door are so close, we can’t go out int the same times.

The hotel is very nice with good location! The staff were helpful both the ladies and the man at the front. I appreciate their kindness! However, I have not received my deposit ( 50 pounds) back yet. I was told it’d be returned after my one-day departure. Please kindly do so. Looking forward to it.

We had our wedding reception in the bar of the hotel, and stayed overnight. The room was perfect, with a great bathtub and comfortable bed. Service was excellent, from check-in to check-out, but particularly the bar staff were really helpful and friendly throughout.
About a 5 minute walk from London Road station. Would definitely recommend.
