"West Coast Hotel

The room facilities are very new and the smart home system is perfect for those who like convenience. The bedding was incredibly comfortable. I didn't expect to get such a fantastic room for this price – it's truly excellent value for money. There was some singing outside at night, but it stopped around 10 PM. I usually have trouble sleeping, but this was the most comfortable night's sleep I've had during my trip to Guilin. Plus, it's super close to Elephant Trunk Hill Gate 3 and the Sun and Moon Pagodas, all within walking distance. Behind the hotel is Zheng Yang Street, which has a ton of food options.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to East and West Alley, Sun and Moon Pagodas, and Elephant Trunk Hill. It's just a few minutes' walk away, and the room is quite clean. The lady at the front desk was especially helpful and friendly.

The location is convenient, but the hotel's exact spot and entrance are hard to find. The bathroom flooded during a shower. I couldn't get through to the front desk by phone, and my friend had to wait a while at the front desk before anyone showed up. Although someone eventually came to resolve the issue, it was a very poor experience overall.

Even though it has floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides, the privacy is excellent, with no windows directly overlooking the room from outside. While it's called a river view room, the trees along Binjiang Road are so dense that I think it could actually be called a 'tree view' room. The bathtub area has separate tiling and drainage, which is a nice touch.

The hotel's location is quite close to the attractions, and it was lovely to take a walk along the Li River every evening. The room also had voice-controlled smart features, and even a heated toilet seat!

The hotel's location is very convenient, close to attractions. The room was super clean and came with a washing machine and dryer. The only minor drawback was the strong smell in the elevator. Overall, I'd still highly recommend it. The beef barbecue place (Niuyaniuao BBQ) recommended by the front desk staff was delicious!

The hotel's location is excellent. It's a 10-minute walk to the scenic area and a 5-minute walk to the pedestrian street, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The service was very patient and thoughtful; they even proactively added me on WeChat and responded to my questions promptly.

The hotel is surrounded by plenty of dining and entertainment options, making its location absolutely fantastic. The front desk staff were very attentive, and the check-in process was quick. The room itself was clean and bright. Overall, a really great stay.
