Lijiang Moonlight (Hotel Name) This hotel is truly a steal, and the service goes above and beyond! Every staff member is so energetic, enthusiastic, and attentive! From the moment you walk in, you feel so welcomed and comfortable! The common area on the first floor is well-stocked with fruits, drinks, and snacks! The rooms are even more comfortable and fully equipped, and the screen-mirroring TV is super convenient! And the rooftop observation deck offers breathtaking panoramic views of Guilin! Highly recommend!

The hotel is located right by Rong Lake, near the Two Rivers and Four Lakes scenic area, which is very quiet. In the mornings, you can hear birds chirping from the park. It's a 15-minute walk to the free Elephant Trunk Hill scenic area, and a 7-minute walk to see the Sun and Moon Pagodas at night, where you can also take a cruise. This location pretty much covers all the attractions in Guilin city. All the hotel staff were lovely, and I especially want to thank a female staff member or supervisor at the front desk – I'm not entirely sure which she was. It had been raining for days, and after checking out, we canceled our train to Yangshuo, fearing flooding and that we wouldn't be able to enjoy ourselves there. She told us that since we had traveled so far, we should still go and see it, as the scenery is beautiful and it doesn't rain constantly; we wouldn't know until we got there. So, we re-bought our tickets and went. She even helped us make a waterproof cover for our child's camera, which was incredibly thoughtful. When we got there, we found it hadn't rained for the past two days, and we were able to enjoy bamboo rafting and everything. The scenery truly was breathtaking, and it was definitely worth the trip! Coming all the way from Beijing, it certainly made our long journey worthwhile. We came here in a hurry this time and didn't plan anything, relying entirely on the information and advice from the front desk concierge. Their explanations made everything so much clearer. We'll definitely choose this place again for our next trip.

The hotel's location is great, very convenient for transportation, and close to the Banyan Lake scenic area. There are electric scooters available for rent right outside the entrance. The room was clean and very smart (automated), and the balcony was comfortable. The hotel staff were enthusiastic, and there's a small play area for those with babies.

The location along the river is excellent and very peaceful! On the night of August, the neon lights were on until 11:19 PM! We chose room 180. Half of it offered views of the river and passing boats, while the other half looked out onto trees, with occasional glimpses of one or two distant mountain peaks! The open-air rooftop pool wasn't suitable for swimming during the day. I saw some kids in the bubble pool area, maybe turn on the AC there too? We had a 4-6 person meal voucher, plus additional food vouchers for each room! It was enough to fill two large tables! The beer fish was generously portioned, and all the dishes were delicious! Rice, place settings, and tissues were charged separately. 🙊

The rooms are clean. The most commendable aspect is truly the exceptional service attitude. Every staff member is dedicated to serving guests, from a small glass of water to room arrangements – it genuinely exceeds the service standards of many hotels! Highly recommended. Plus, it's not on a commercial street, so it's not noisy. We ate at the restaurant next door twice; it was very good. The breakfast includes popular internet-famous buns.

I feel so lucky to have found such a wonderful hotel in Guilin! The view from the window is absolutely stunning. What's even more impressive is the attention to detail in the hotel's facilities – it's truly the best I've ever experienced, surpassing many five-star hotels. They've thought of everything a guest might need: each room has a water dispenser, a cup sterilizer, and multi-functional plugs by every bedside. The room decor is a Japanese-inspired style that I love, and it's incredibly clean. Overall, it's perfect for families with kids: there's a ball pit and an outdoor pool on the upper floor!

The hotel room was exceptionally clean, and the staff were attentive and thoughtful. They even upgraded us to a family room since we were traveling with a child, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended! Oh, and the hotel breakfast was delicious too.

This stay far exceeded my expectations. The hotel's overall decor is simple yet elegant, and the room was impeccably clean, with no dust in the corners. The mattress was just right, offering a particularly restful night's sleep. The front desk staff were gentle and efficient with check-in. The surrounding area has convenient transportation and dining options right downstairs. The soundproofing was excellent, I couldn't hear any hallway noise. The amenities were complete and well-maintained, and the service was thoughtful and meticulous. Plus, the price was very reasonable. Definitely my top choice for travel accommodation, I truly recommend staying here!

The hotel facilities are quite modern, and the hygiene is excellent. Although it's not large, the functional areas are well-defined, and it offers a wide range of services. This small hotel even has a children's play area, a swimming pool, and a gym. The front desk on the first floor provides a water bar, as well as amenities like dental floss and sewing kits.
