Guillena Hotels with Airport pickup service

4 star hotel with 5 star prices and 2 star accommodation. Stayed for 3 days last week after 3 days in the wonderful Conquistador in Cordoba. No comparison! We had to pay the full price on arrival and the room was in dire need of updating. The bath was a dirty grey at the bottom with chunks of enamel missing and down to black. The shower head was so small it was the type normally used as a secondary shower for cleaning purposes. I plugged in the hairdryer and when I removed it the socket and wires came away from the wall, although i reported it to the desk nothing was done about it. Although the wall mountings for soap dispensers were in place we were given small plastic sachets made in China, hardly environmentally friendly in this day and age. Also the carpet was dirty the whole place is in dire need of an update and as such is overcharging.

I stayed in the Hotel Virgen de los Reyes for one night while visiting for a football match taking place at the Estadio Ramon Sanchez-Pizjuan. For this trip the hotel was perfect, I got a bus from the airport to the Santa Justa Train station which was about a five minute walk from the hotel. It was also literally a few minutes walking distance to the stadium which was ideal. The room itself was better than I expected for the price, everything was well maintained with TV, fridge and great air-conditioning, although the floor did seem a little dirty. I didn't see much of the hotels facilities as I literally popped in and out a few times, but the reception was welcoming and a nice place to be whilst waiting for the rain to clear. The hotel staff were very accommodating, even giving a umbrella when I was leave due to the torrential rain. For the price and location of the hotel, I doubt there is much better for what I needed. Will definitely consider if I return for another match.

It is very close to the train station and the airport bus station, and the airport is convenient. But it takes more than 20 minutes to walk to the city. There are snack bars and Burger King and supermarkets downstairs. The big bed room is actually two single beds put together.

We were here at end of August for 4nights & had a most pleasant stay. Check in was quick & the reception staff are friendly & informative, we got pool towels at the same time (€10 deposit per towel). On the 3rd floor there is a bar which did food as well & a terrace with a small pool along with sunloungers which is great after a day's sightseeing in the heat to cool off in & then relax with a drink, which we found very reasonable for a hotel. The room was a fair size & the bed was comfy, there was a fridge with drinks etc in which you could pay for but we just used it for our water. We did B&B during our stay & the breakfast was good with plenty of choice to get you ready for a day of sightseeing. Location wise it was a 20min walk to the centre of Seville once we had done it once with the help of Google maps we found it not too bad, finding shortcuts after the first day. The hotel was in a nice area with a park right next door, supermarket across the road. All in all we would stay here again & recommend to anyone visiting the beautiful City of Seville.

Good clean comfortable hotel. We went during peak hot season, the air-conditioning in the room was perfect. Breakfast is simple and nice. May be it was not very busy at this time, but they allowed to stay in the room 2 hours beyond the scheduled check-out time. Overall very happy experience in the hotel for 3 nights. Only a very small observation is the location of the hotel is around 5 km away from the Seville main historic centre.

Tuvimos que coger este hostal unas dos semanas antes porque aplazamos el viaje y nos salió a 90€ la noche para dos personas. La limpieza de las sábanas y toallas es mala, el edredón tenía manchas. Las habitación y el baño son muy pequeños. El agua caliente deja de salir mientras te estás duchando. El edificio no tiene ascensor y la habitación que nos tocó estaba en el segundo piso en la subida y se escuchaba todo, además con el paso de aire de la puerta de abajo principal nuestra puerta daba portazos y nos despertamos varias veces en toda la noche. No había conserje ni para la recogida ni entrega de llaves. La ubicación del hostal si que es buena, está a 10-15 min del centro (Catedral, Alcazar, setas) y cuenta con comercios y varios bares en los alrededores. No hay parking privado, hay uno público cerca que sale a 25€ el día.

I was travelling alone and have mobility issues so I need a hotel easy to navigate - whilst the hotel is slightly out of the center it is easy to reach by bus car or taxi plus is near to the airport The hotel is clean modern and welcoming - staff were extremely helpful offering advice about the up coming taxi strike and all the options - there are a couple of shops nearby if needed as well as a small selection of products available in the lobby Rooms are comfortable light and airy plus plenty of space I would recommend the hotel

Very good, that is, I missed the flight. I couldn’t cancel the contact with the hotel many times. I rushed over the next morning. As a result, the other party didn’t want to open the room for me. I said that I would take a shower and check out. The ink was for a long time, then I said After breakfast time, I brought 2 children and 2 old people. This is very bad. I have already paid for it. This hotel is magical. It's in the perfect location in Seville. The modest entrance does not prepare you for the beauty inside. From the tile in the lobby, to the antiques and exquisite metal work. The courtyard is about as peaceful as you will find. We stayed in a family suite for two nights. The main bedroom had pocket doors that closed. A perfect way for a family of 3 to stay. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was excellent. Mariam at the front desk was so very helpful. She explained the area and events with perfect English. We were there for the Holy Week and the processions were simply breathtaking to watch. We highly recommend this hotel and this stunning city.
