Lo que se dice del hotel en la web es falso. He pagado Alojamiento y desayuno para tres noches. El primer día NO sabía que había contratado desayuno, no tenía nada y desayune en un bar, el segundo día, como le exigí me dio desayuno me pregunto la hora y fue a las 8:00, la verdad es que mediocre, chupito de zumo, café ridículo y una loncha de jamón corriente partida en cuatroo mini trozos, el tercer día me dice que me espere a las 8:30, que ese es el horario, no entiendo el día anterior. En fin, una casa VIEJA muebles no antiguos, sino viejos. Las habitaciones que aparecen en la web no se de que hotel es. No tiene tele ision en la habitación 6 tampoco aire acondicionado. Como esperaba NO me ha de uelto el coste de los desayunos que NO LE HA DADO LA GANA SERVIRME

Traumhaft, plötzlich wohnst du in einem Denkmal!!! KeinPool aber hundert Jahre alte Dielen, selbstgemachtes superleckeres Frühstück in Patio. Mitten in der Altstadt, so romantisch kann Teneriffa sein. Super sauber allerdings hellhörig, wie vor 100 Jahren halt. Wir haben eine tolle Base für uns gefunden.

Petite halte improvisée car nous cherchions un restaurant après la ballade au parc Malpais et quelle bonne surprise! Un accueil chaleureux, on pousse les murs pour nous trouver une place, déjeuner de tapas plus délicieux et originaux les uns que les autres. Un immense merci pour ce déjeuner plus que parfait! L’hôtel a l’air charmant! Nous reviendrons! :)

Mein Schwiegersohn hat einmal den Ausdruck ‚Geschmacksorgasmus‘ geprägt. Hier passt er her! Angefangen von den Serrano-S*****enbrötchen mit Tomatenaufstrich über die herrlichen Erdäpfel mit Koriandersauce, den Rucolasalat mit kaltem Schweinsbraten, den rohen Thunfisch mit Sesam und Algen(?) bis zum Schokolademousse mit wirklich reifen Bananen und einem Potpourri anderer Früchte hat ein Gericht das nächste übertroffen! Besser geht‘s nicht!

The house is wonderful, the atmosphere is great and the pet friendly room we were given was spacious and clean. The man at the reception was friendly and helpful. On the other hand, it was freezing cold and even with the extra blankets given we didn't spend a relaxing night because the air was iced and they weren't thick enough. We checked in late, so we didn't want to disturb, therefore we couldn't even have a hot tea during the night, because nothing is provided: not a kettle, nor a single bag of tea. A little heater, at least for the morning shower -getting undressed has been a challenge- would be advised, the towels are so small that coming out of the shower is a nightmare! Maybe you just need to ask for it (we didn't) to spend a good night.

Nos cancelaron la reserva 30 minutos antes de llegar.Con la excusa de q se habían inundado nada menos que 3 habitaciones. Después de leer las reseñas sospechaba un poco pero nunca piensas que te pueda pasar a ti.

Teníamos un bono de bonosvip para un fin de semana en suite con desayuno y una cena incluidos. Reservamos con tiempo para que nos dieran la suite del bono. Avisamos de nuestra hora e llegada. Nos mandaron mensaje estando de camino al hotel para decir que no estaba disponible la suite por una fuga de agua....incierto ya que al día siguiente nos dijeron que unos huéspedes habían prorrogado su estancia...Nos prometen cambiar de habitación y no lo hacen. La habitación que nos dan, minúscula, con ventana a patio interior muy pequeño, cama muy pequeña y muy incómoda, muy calurosa y con un ventilador de pie que hacía ruido, la cisterna del baño goteando toda la noche...la cena tampoco nos la dieron y el desayuno bastante regular, en fin una estancia terrible. Nos marchamos antes de finalizar la estancia porque no habíamos descansado nada. La encargada del hotel se compromete a devolver el importe del bono y Bonosvip nos remite a ella para solucionar el problema. Se inicia un peloteo entre ambos y el caso es que a esta fecha aún no han resuelto nada. Muy mala la gestión de Bonosvip y por supuesto del hotel. No recomendamos este sitio.

Si vous aimez les maisons avec une âme, qui ont une histoire et des histoires, si vous aimez pour un instant ou quelques nuits vous imaginez invités par une famille canarienne du 16e siècle, si vous adorez les pièces un peu biscornues, les patios imbriqués dans la maison et plein de fleurs,alors allez y !!! Les patrons français sont sympathiques et de bons conseils pour visiter Tenerife. Et en plus on y mange bien !!!!
