Reception at check in was a disappointment, everything else good. Did not avail to the facilities offer so cannot comment

This hotel was hands down one of the best places we’ve ever stayed for a number of reasons. First off, it is in a perfect central location to everything- we walked everywhere and never felt like we had to go too far. They have a private elevator and corridor that takes you right into the city which we used everyday. Second, the rooftop bar might have one of the best views in all of the city. The drinks themselves were yummy but we could not get over the amazing view! Second or third tallest building gives you an incredible look at all the buildings as well as the coast. My boyfriend said the olives we got here were the best he’s ever had. Next, the rooms themselves were spacious and clean, appreciated that in our configuration the bathroom was on the separate side of the living room. Staff is so kind and attentive, they did a fabulous job cleaning our room and always left little chocolates for us. Finally, the spa was a home run for us! After traveling for 11 hours, the sauna and steam room were a perfect pick-me up. The spa access is an additional cost on top of the stay but the sweet workers let us come back a second day for free since we only used a half hour of our one hour session the first time. Overall, if you are looking for a traveller friendly, luxurious, easy-access hotel in San Sebastián, this is it!

Hotel was nice. Easy to find and has parking, albeit costs extra. Service at reception and bar was good. Has a lovely roof terrace pool overlooking the bay area. Nice to go up for pre dinner drinks and watch the sunset. A nice addition to have a separate corridor that leads onto the main street level rather than have to go all round up the hill. Pity the window was very small to appreciate a sea view.

This hotel is among my favorites ever on travel. The room was large, clean and I cannot say enough about that shower. It was huge and the water pressure was the best I've ever had in a hotel. We had a Triple room which ended up coming with 3 single beds so that was nice. I went on a vacation with a girl friend of mine and we always had plenty of room. The hotel is very close to everything you need without being in a super busy area. We walked to Old Town almost every day and it was an easy walk. Even in the rain. There are plenty of coffee shops and Pintxos bars very close to the hotel as well. Now - the pool. After the shower, the pool was my second favorite thing about this hotel. It's on the roof, it's not large by any means, it's not even deep, but the views…. You can see everything. It was relaxing, refreshing and the pool was just enough to get cooled off and then get back to your chair to enjoy the beautiful view of San Sebastian. We walked around town all morning or went on half day hiking/biking tours then came back to enjoy the pool before cleaning up for dinner and drinks at night. I'd go back to this hotel JUST for the shower and pool. The hotel bar was very nice as well and everything was easy to find and get to within the hotel. And I must say that I always felt safe, even walking back to the hotel at night - as two gals on the town. Obviously keep your purses and personal items close to you at all times but I never felt unsafe. It really is the perfect location.
