100% recomendable. Además de la pensión disponen de un apartamento donde estuvimos alojados. El apartamento es precioso, no le falta detalle, amplio, cómodo y sobre todo limpísimo, y muy importante, para el precio que tienen los alojamientos por esa zona, el de este alojamiento esta super bien, asequible para todos los bolsillos. No tienes que preocuparte de sabanas, ni toallas, ni productos básicos de limpieza, ni gel ni champú; tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos café, infusiones, azúcar y sacarina para el desayuno además de sidra. La ubicación es perfecta, se puede aparcar sin problema y la comunicación y el trato con ellos no puede ser mejor. En pocos alojamientos he puesto un comentario como el que se merece este alojamiento. Insisto y destaco la buena comunicación con vosotros y lo bien que tratáis a vuestros clientes. Muchas gracias por vuestra amabilidad y por tener un apartamento tan bien acondicionado y tan bonito. Si vuelvo, sin duda, volveré a alojarme aquí.

Cuidado no van de frente y mienten. Confirmo este comentario: “Al parecer es corriente que este establecimiento anule por su cuenta...reservas dejando a clientes colgados..a mi me ha pasado reservando en booking ...puedes reservar tras anulación pagando el doble...vergonzoso” Me sucedió algo parecido en ***********, cancelan sin motivo para ganar más dinero con otro precio. ¡Cuidado!

Easy self check-in, beautiful room, thick towels, very comfortable bed, clean, lots of restaurants and bars close. Close to the motorway.

This is a very comfortable base for visiting Donastia-San Sebastian. Check in was well organised. They emailed a code for a letterbox where our key was. You then register at reception the next day.
The room was spacious and comfortable with a decent sized bed and large shower room. House keeping was spotless.
The hotel is in the little town of Astigarraga about 10 minutes by bus from the centre of Donostia-San Sebastian. There is plenty of street parking. Its very convenient and a fraction of the cost of staying in the city centre.
