I read some negative reviews and decided to give it a try anyway, and it turned out to be a fantastic experience! From the concierge to the front desk, to the butler, and even the cleaning staff in the courtyard, everyone greeted us with a smile and was incredibly attentive. Ethan from the concierge, and another tall young man (whose name I didn't catch), were both exceptionally helpful and assisted my elderly family member who had difficulty walking. Our butler, Barry, proactively checked in with us throughout our stay and was always ready to fulfill any request, truly thoughtful. Travel is all about relaxing and having fun; as long as any issues are handled promptly, it's great. In short, my elderly family members were also very satisfied.
