The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and the response is very fast. My stay at the Haiyou Hotel in Guiyang was an exceptionally good experience, far exceeding my expectations. First, the room was impeccably cleaned by the housekeeping staff. The bed was spotless, the pillows were comfortable, the bathroom was odor-free, and the floors and surfaces were meticulously cleaned, with no dust in the corners. The room lighting was excellent, with good natural light and ventilation, making for a very comfortable and reassuring stay. The bedding was soft, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the room was quiet and peaceful. The overall environment was warm and clean. The front desk service was outstanding. The staff were warm, polite, and efficient in check-in. They patiently answered all my questions, making me feel very welcome. The most thoughtful touch was the complimentary soy milk and coffee provided at the front desk, ensuring I had something hot to drink on my way out or back – a thoughtful and convenient gesture. The location was also incredibly convenient, with easy access to transportation. It's very close to the subway station, and Dongshan Temple is right across the street. Restaurants, shopping, and convenience stores are all within easy reach, making it convenient for both business trips and leisure travel. The surrounding area has complete amenities, making travel easy and offering great value for money. Overall, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and offered good service in a convenient location. The complimentary soy milk and coffee were pleasant surprises, and the memory foam pillows were incredibly comfortable. The overall experience was fantastic. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Guiyang, and I highly recommend it!

Checked in from May 15th to 17th, 2025. It's quite a distance from the subway; taking a taxi is more convenient. Mainland citizens can check in themselves, but travelers with Taiwan Compatriot Permits need to find staff for check-in. Perhaps because there weren't many Taiwan compatriots staying there, the check-in process took a while. But the staff were very polite, offering me a bottle of water and letting me sit in the lobby. The lobby has a washing machine, vending machine, and a kitchenette with a microwave. You need to swipe your room card to enter the lobby, elevator, and rooms, which feels very safe. The room was large and clean, and all the necessary amenities were provided. I stayed in a room by the window; with the window closed, it was very quiet, and I couldn't hear any outside noise. Excellent.
